Charming 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Home Located in the Quiet Neighborhood of Rolando/SDSU College Area. The home offers a very comfortable living room, two small bedrooms, and a large bathroom. The Kitchen is Well Equipped. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer, and large utility sink. The Backyard offers a large covered patio along with a fully fenced in backyard. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's. Wifi is provided along with a Landline Telephone. Quiet, Clean and Well Mannered Pets are Welcome! Truly a cozy two bedroom with nice yard for the dogs.

Everything you need is within a short drive. The property is in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't a problem. It was also equipped with almost anything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
