We were staying on a family trip. Two adults and two kids. We asked the front desk for a second bar of soap and an extra shampoo and they refused. Our room had chewed up gum on tbt bed rail and the bread at breakfast had mold on it.

I didn’t like being on the second floor and whoever was on the 3rd floor on top had kids and you could hear them running around and making noise it was ok for the price I guess but won’t stay there again And I had to wait to check out no one was at the front it took about 10 mins before someone finally came to check out to get my deposit back it’s a no return for me‼️

The breakfast is not even a breakfast it was horrible had like 3 items thay you would serve all day. The floors left our feet black at the bottom and my shower was clogged.

BED BUGS!! TRAVELERS BEWARE!!

Literally bed bugs in one of the rooms. Eww. Had to vacuum and spray my whole house when I got home it of prudence and paranoia. Also the person doing check in could not speak English. Seriously, if your job is interacting with the public, you have to speak the language.

If you’re staying here. Make sure no one visits your hotel room with a pet even if it’s beyond your control. The owner of this hotel kicked me and my kids out because someone visited my daughter with a service animal. He called the police and asked me to live with my kids after I had already paid. No refund was given. The front desk guy was confrontational and had zero understanding for mankind. This was my worst ever hotel experience. Also, the police informed me that I did not have to leave due to having already paid but I chose to leave since the owner had deactivated my room key and created a hostile environment. I didn’t want to have my children in that type of environment so I left and had to drive back to Austin. I was grossly inconvenienced by this hotel.

Sketchy area

We ended up just leaving. The floors were dirty in the room and the bathroom had stains everywhere. The area the hotel was located was a little sketchy and I didn’t feel comfortable staying with only girls.
