Good: Indoor pool. Provided breakfast. Bad: Older and poorly updated rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Wall unit a/c blasting you when it’s on, hot when it’s off.

We had a nice stay. Property is a little dated but not bad. It seemed like a great place for families with small kids. There is a large pool and games area in the atrium. It was very busy on a Friday evening due to the kids. We had a "interior facing" room which gets a lot of noise from the pool area. But the noise ends quickly when the pool shuts down at night. We did hang out in the bar which was nice. The bartender (Tunisha-sorry if that's misspelled) was handling everything well despite being short handed by at least one server. Drinks were great, food was decent. I would stay there again if in town.

Old holidome so it is nostalgic for sure. They have done a good job getting it reopened but bathrooms are still old and kind of dirty. Kids love the arcade and indoor pool

The room was basic it had a small refrigerator but lacked a microwave, and one of the floor lamps the only way i could figure out how to turn it off was to unplug it. There was extention cords being used in the room. there was a letter they will be doing renovations and updates soon which is needed. The atrium is supposed to be closed feom 11-10 friday and satuday but i had to call the front office to ask them to have the kids screaming and banging to quiet down before 8am. The front staff got right on it which was appreciated. I was there 2 nights when i came back to my room i guess the cleaning people cqme in while i was out the lamp that i couldnt turn off without unplugging it was on and my room smelled strange. Overall id stqy there again especially with updates. The pool was a hit with my kids

It was a good stay. They do need an update though. The rooms felt good overall but definitely dated. Also in need of some new equipment. The bathroom fan was a bit loud and the fridge had a consistent hum that was definitely noticeable. They say overall though was great. Had some very good perks to the stay.

We stay here twice a year, for Lamb Camp and San Angelo stock show. It’s been the same manager for the past 3 years. It’s very comfortable and clean. The inside pool is a major plus when traveling with kiddos, it’s open year around.

Our first and last time to stay. It was nasty. Tub didn’t drain and it’s been that way long term as was obvious. No housekeeping ever provided so we had to get our towels etc. that’s ok I don’t have to have someone make my bed or take my trash out but would have liked the floors vacuumed or a push vacuum provided. We were there for the stock show so shavings will get tracked in. Were told when breakfast would be ready upstairs. Went up there and lights were not even on. After about 30 minutes a door opened and we were told there was a miscommunication and it was getting prepared. We had a schedule to keep so…. The kids area was the ONLY thing tolerable.

Room was not ready when we got there a hour past check in time. The lady at the desk said it would be about another hour, and would call when ready. Did not call, so I called and it was ready 2 1/2 hours later than was suppose to be at 5:30. We stayed Thursday thru Sunday, and not once did house keeping come to our room. We had to get towels and rags from front desk each night. Also the day before our trip, management called and asked if we could down grade our room due to plumbing parts not coming in. I will say manager did give a $30 a night discount. Manager Shelly was very nice, and was working her rear off during a very busy time. We will not stay there again due to lack of housekeeping, and very dated facility. Beds were not comfortable, cover around facet in bathroom was coming off, there was a crack at bottom of door that let a lot of light in the room. Kids did love the pool area.

The room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints there. The facility is definitely a1960's throwback. The exterior entrance room we had was quiet . The stairs to our 2nd story room reminded me of Spanish hacienda steps. That being said, the interior was quite different. The "restaurant" was more like a bowling alley deli. It is metal chairs and tables overlooking the atrium which can best be described as an amusement park/sports club. Families were enjoying themselves immensely. Couples looking for a nice restaurant experience would be disappointed. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. The front desk lady was nice and welcoming. If I was traveling with a van full of children, I would stay here again.
