the T.V. in the room did not work. The staff did not know how to fix it. the results were full price for room still as i had not full service of the room with no T.V. not handle correctly for me the guest.
The hotel was closed for repairs after experiencing fire damage from a lightning strike. I had no problems with the hotel but was surprised that Orbitz wasn't in the loop. I went next door to another Marriott hotel for my two stays.
At the price that we pay, there should be at least a coffe, muffin, cereal breakfast. The restaurant doest have much AND very expensive! We got a very smelly room, never got our room cleaned, no clean towels!! Even after i called and requested clean towels. Very disappointed.!!

After taking a detour from a streak of Holiday Inn Express stays this was just disappointing. First off we paid more for this room and we got put in a handicapped room which was inconvenient. After the first day out we came back and the room was not cleaned. On inquiring at the desk I was told you have to request it. OK so I said I'd like my room cleaned tomorrow and the next day, it was cleaned the next day but not the next. One of the side affects of this was that there was garbage left outside the rooms and by the ice machine what a mess. And of course no breakfast which we knew but Holiday went out of their way to make sure travelers had a safe breakfast and was done quite well. So I learned my lesson, I'm back to Holiday Inn Express!

I expected something provided for breakfast for the price I paid. The only food available was for sale at high prices.
We had booked a suite with a King bed in advance. The hotel oversold their rooms, and without notifying me in advance transferred our reservation to a much lower quality motel which only had 2 single beds which forced us to sleep in separate beds. There were no apologies given by the property manager at Marriott for the issue,
It was updated for the electronic age and the walk in shower was great with controls not under the shower head. Nice courtyard in the back of the property. The clock was hard to reset but not a big problem.
Clean and friendly staff though had front desk ask about my stay I would have commented ventilation unit needs looked at - noises inside when not in operation
This is where I stay every time I’m in Angelo, they go above & beyond each time to make sure I’m happy and have everything I need.
Great hotel! Love that there were several restaurants at walking distance! We only stayed one night wish we could have stayed one more.
Our room and stay was absolutely perfect for the three of us. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!
