The room was very bright. The bed wasn’t too comfortable. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was a good size. But everything felt very plastic like; the chairs, the cabinet, the desk. Breakfast was good. Would probably stay here again but no more than one night.
There was long dark hair in the sink, tub, bed, and on the floor. There were hand prints all over the windows and horizontal surfaces.
Room needed a good cleaning ! Didn’t feel clean at all .
The room overall was ok. It looked clean at first, but there were black hairs all over the place, and my socks would turn black from the floor. Although the floors were rather gross, the beds were clean. The elevator smelled like marijuana. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The amenities were disappointing, but overall it was an ok visit.
Checking in went very fast. The room was clean and great customer service. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the manager & staff.

Friendly staff. Picked this hotel in part because of its free, full, hot breakfast. Their was no hot breakfast offered “due to covid”. Their ad should have said no “full, hot breakfast” was available

Thank you for your feedback. I know during your stay we had major renovations in the public space and guest rooms. The check in process wasn’t the greatest either with the renovations. I am happy to report we are finally done (July 2021) with our renovations and can’t wait for you to come try us again. You will be wowed with what we have did with the guest rooms and public space.
