The bathroom had black mold growing, the maid service did bare minimal and never gave clean towels i found several towels with stains on them not to mention they didn't refill toiletries i had ask the front desk for extras. The beds where rock hard solid not comfortable at all. I will never go back. If you really want a nice place to stay were quality is key then id suggest the staybridge suites. But if u want pink eye and waste your money and risk your health then go to comfort suites they'll give you a first class ticket to the er

The property was disappointing, the first night the shower was bagged up, could not enjoy my shower. The towels felt like sandpaper, the sheets did not get changed during turn down or when housekeeping came to clean the room. The housekeepers did not have masks or gloves on handling the dirty towels. I was just very disappointed altogether.

Room was very comfortable and clean, value was excellent.

I canceled this reservation over a week in advance and within 24 hours of making the reservation. They will not refund me my money. The general manager refused to speak to me and did not return my email.

Breakfast was great. Good selection. Employees were super friendly

Overall , a good stay. While I gave the hotel a pass on cleanliness, the hallway carpet was rife with dirt and remained that way for two days. The room and bed was comfortable, but appointments were showing wear. The breakfast was good. The exercise rom was terrible. Out of water, cups, and towels. The heat/ac was not working, and exercise equipment was junk.

Our room smelled horrible! Like mold and smoke. It was supposed to be non smoking. Asked front desk for a new room and she said they were all full, but she did give us a bottle of air freshener that helped a little. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days.

It was a quick decision and they had availability the hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

Have stayed here before, it has been ok. This time there was a problem on ground floor.....someone shot holes through the door of the room they were in!! I know its not the fault of the hotel, but we're sorry for the inconvenience doesn't cut it. A little more compassion would have been nice. Needless to say we will not stay there again.

The room was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and we slept great.

Good value. Clean and comfy room. A bit difficult to get to because of the freeway but we had a good stay overall

Mostly a good stay. Breakfast was average. The weird was that the elevator quit working after breakfast. Since there was only a single elevator, had to climb three flights of stairs back to room and then carry our luggage back down the same three flights of stairs. Hotel offered no help at all. They all wanted to watch the fire and rescue guys try to get the folks out of the elevator. When we got outside, the fire and rescue vehicles (about 6 or 7 of them) were blocking our car.

Quiet, great location, comfortable beds, great staff

Worked out great for what we needed!

The room design was frustrating. The light from the microwave shown in my eyes. Why the microwave was in the bedroom area is beyond me.Had to cover in with a towel. Too much light came in around the hallway door. Another towel to block. The bedside lamp was controlled by a light switch at the door. If that was switched off, you couldn't turn the bedside lamp off. Another dumb design. Same with the alarm. Too complicated. If you stay there - plan to bring ear plugs and a sleep mask. Same poor hotel design in the lobby. Not enough tables to accommodate guests for breakfast. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. Too bad their corporate offices couldn't do better homework in the hotel design. Won't stay at a Comfort Suites again. Marriott and Hiltons are well thought out.

At Comfort Suites we were treated like family, I have never had such a pleasant stay anywhere. We will be staying there again on our next trip. Breakfast was very good, usually had the pool and hot tub to myself. Close to freeway but very quiet.
