Rooms were clean and nice. The only problem I had is the floor I was on had cinnamon spritz and I am allergic to the smell and they would not turn it off. I had to hold my nose and breath every time I walked out of my room.

We only stayed for one night but regardless the property was very nice and clean. Very quiet and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again and definitely recommend this place.

I would not stay at this location again. The front staff at arrival was unprofessional and disorganized. She checked us in to our room, however my sister checked in after me as she had her own reservation and was informed that she had three reservations under her name that included my room and stated that the reservation under my name didnt exist even though I had just checked in. The front staff lady then provided my sister with keys to a room that was already occupied. She had to go back to the front staff and obtain another room. During the night while sleeping, someone knocked hard on my room door several times and wouldn't say anything. Finally, a women said they wanted water. I didn't open the door and eventually she went away. I called the front desk and the lady wasn't helpful at all and at first didn't believe me. She then just mentioned i will walk the hall. She did not appear concerned and this incident clearly could have been a safety issue. A manager was also not available durong the night. The service overall was not hospitable.

Everything was very nice. Would have given' 5 starts but there was no outlet for my phone without the pronged plug in. No USB port or anything for the newer phones. But everything was nice.

The room had water building up in the bathtub. Until we realized the stopper was closed. Once corrected the water was gone. Bed was comfy but not able to sleep. Construction being done on the rear parking lot, kind of messy. Very well lit parking lot! Accessible room, which I was not aware when booked, so the sink is outside the bathroom. Kind of annoying. Have to the on the bathroom light to get any light as opposed to a softer light first thing in the morning. Overall please with our stay. About to check out the breakfast. Praying for a great day to the day.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, pillows, towels etc. Excellent breakfast buffet with quality food. Decent exercise room. Great TV with excellent TV channels to choose from. Good desk and chair and table lamp. Plenty of well lit parking. Very friendly and accommodating staff that happily took care of any requests. KFC right across the parking lot, Mc Donalds, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell within walking distance. I would stay here again.

The room i was initially placed in did not have working ac which forced me to call the front desk and switch rooms which was a strain on me with carrying my suitcase and bags from one room to another unnecessarily, the ac should have been checked prior to my check in so that was frustrating. Then upon checkout, the elevators were not working and i had to carry all of my belongings down stairs which also was a huge hassle considering inhad several bags, the elevator was workong up until my checkout at 11am so it was really frustrating to carry my things down stairs especially after already having to switch rooms due to the ac problem I mentioned.
