Horrible would be an understatement. Never in 12 years with VRBO have we ever had such an AWFUL experience. Property not remotely as described, it was flooding the electricity in the kitchen was not working an we were unable to contact host, construction workers showing up Christmas morning entering property while my family is showering and in pjs. Guy fell through the roof and the owners were MIA. It was horrifying to say the least. Second to all that, the home was not prepared with any toiletries, dish soap, bath soap, no garbage bags leaving us to find some place open for basic essentials on Christmas. Once their worker finally left. Owner finally called after 7PM and promised to call back the next morning. Never contacted us again.

El Dorado Hills Weekend

Overall our stay was great. The actual house and location are beautiful. This house has four levels and many stairs are involved from the driveway to the front door, then to the main floor, and up again to bedrooms. We had to buy extra paper goods because there were not enough plates or coffee cups for our group. Also, the yard was disappointing. There are many beautiful places to sit outdoors except we only had one outdoor chair. Both the jacuzzi and the bbqs were not working. If you want to use the outdoor space as we did please check that all is adequate for your group. The house it self was awesome and had lots of space.

Very clean house and everything we thought it would be!

The house was very modern and was equipped with everything we needed! The communication was never any trouble and felt very welcomed at all times. Would recommend this house every time!
