This hotel is a dump. Dirty rooms, old/unkempt furniture, non-smoking rooms reeking of cigarettes; there was a light fixture in the bathroom that was removed and sitting on the toilet. This place is clearly understaffed

No locks- literally. Blood on the ceiling and floor. An actual pair of underwear under the bed sheet (so it obviously had not been changed.) Uneaten food in a box in the dresser. Disgusting. Just disgusting.

Dirty torn carpets. Door keys did not work.

I stayed in 105. Room amenities are ok. I guess this hotel is just really meant to be an overnight or max of 2 day stay for families. The carpet in the room needs to be changed overly worn out . Not even a carpet cleaning will do it. Housekeeping needs to clean check the coffee maker and microwave. We didn’t use the microwave so I have no idea but the coffee maker probably needs to be brushed as the marks or stains have accumulated. I found a sticky gum under one of the bedside table. When I booked it was stated that they have a free breakfast. But they are not serving it because of COVID. I have been traveling even before California opened…?and I was able to see how other hotels have managed so far with the pandemic and how they have come up with an idea how to give this service to its guests without compromising social distancing. But I guess this hotel is strategically on a good location that’s why they almost have most rooms occupied on Father’s Day weekend. Staff are very courteous and friendly.

It was in a good location. Very close to good restaurants and groceries should you want.

Everything was great, except our room did smell like someone previously had smoked in it. But that’s not their fault and I am hypersensitive to cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was great! I would definitely stay there again.

Staff on duty was very rude, and to top it off my room smelled like cigarettes. Don’t stay here ...

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but was not provided due to state Covid regulations. It would have been nice to know before our trip. Staff was helpful and pleasant, but twice I went to the office at 7 am to get some help and found the office was locked and no one there.

We booked no smoking room. But we got stinky room with damaged curtains low quality tv one light did not work The worst part was the smell. Horrible experience

The property is in serious need of upkeep and maintenance both inside and out.

friendly service, great value for the money. I will be back

I always have a great stay with the whole breakfast in the morning, stay.

Water kept backing up in the bathtub. When I notified the staff they were only willing to give me a 15% discount on my rate. I find this very unacceptable and we will never stay here again.

Attended a birthday party in nearby El Dorado hills. I was looking for a clean comfortable place to spend the night. Quality Inn provided that at a reasonable price. Centrally located to freeway and shopping.

Room is clean and beds are comfortable, especially with down comforters. The only thing that keeps us from coming back is the shower! The water pressure is way too low and the water is just too small for a good shower. Hope that can be fixed!

Good hotel in close proximity to Placerville with decent continental breakfast (though the breakfast room tiny). Staff kind and friendly. Room with comfortable beds, clean. Will stay again.

Very nice spot to stop for the night. Close to mountains and Sacramento. Lots of food options nearby.
