Clean, easy to find, close to freeway, wonderful staff

Very pleasant place, nice and clean. Nice hot tub !!!

All was fine except for the black ants in the bathroom.

I'm picky and I will be back soon. They juse need to upate their credid card machine..

I love how this hotel is not a busy street, it felt very safe and secluded. The hotel stay was worth the money.

The room was great. I asked for a room close to the elevator because of my elderly dad. They accommodated my request.

When I arrived, they could not find my reservation even though I had prepaid. Eventually, they did find it. Overall, the stay was fine. The hotel is in a convenient location.

Friendly customer service, excellent room service and attention to detail. My new fav place to stay while in Sacramento!

Decent taxi far prob woulda stayed closer and paid a little more had I known

Continental breakfast was good . Good place to stay at if your planning to just sleep / pass by .

This hotel suited our needs at a fair price. Our family of four needed a place for the night on our trip from Oregon to Southern California. The hotel was clean, comfortable and a good value. The breakfast was mediocre though.

Weekend visit with family. Staff was friendly and helpful. free breakfast was good for the price. Had a few problems with the room. tv remote didn't work correctly, one lamp didn't work and internet didn't work on my laptop. the hotel staff offered to change our room but we were comfortable in the room that we had. Location was good and plenty of food choices nearby. Near the freeway for easy travel.

"Stay with someone who cares" is the Best Western motto and I have to say that the staff at this hotel represents this ethic beautifully. The A/C unit was broken in the room we were originally given so the staff moved us into a suite for our whole stay. They made it easy and made us feel valued. Hotel itself was nice enough. Average. The artwork seems incongruous to the area but what (budget) hotel has amazing Art? The property is right behind the local Highway Patrol office which made us feel quite safe. The towels weren't soft but the room was clean and the bed and pillows were great. We live fairly close by and would absolutely stay here again - and it was the awesome, personable service that will bring us back.

My family needed a room for one night on our return trip from Oregon/Washington back to Southern California. The room was just like the picture. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The free continental breakfast was average. There was a lot of processed foods and just bananas for fruit. Some healthier choices would be welcome.

I was visiting my Granddaughter in Sacramento, and this Best Western was in close proximity to where I needed to be. I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice my room was. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was supplied with all the necessities. Staff was very friendly and courteous,

It's a comfortable hotel with clean quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Great if you're looking for a place to sleep and refresh. There isn't much in the immediate area in the way of eats or things to do and the area itself is pretty urban

Very nice and clean customer and family friendly .

Rreasonable and affordable. Would recommend to friends and family

the hotel was great, would have been cheaper if I could have used my Service Connected discount when I booked with Orbitt. Much better than the Best Western in Roseville, CA.

Nice friendly people , very nice room and the hottest water you could ask for.
