This property has been newly renovated and had great amenities. Quiet area. Great sized fridge freezer combo, hot plate and full sized microwave. Comfortable bed. Large shower with nice products. Two sinks with good hand washing and lotion products on wall. I usually don’t prefer inns to hotels but this is on of the best rooms I have stayed in and was very cheap. Great hospitality.

Very dirty ,bad location Very disappointed After checking into hotel I actually have to leave because it was so dirty not good for the stay there with a family at all I book 2 rooms pay for them ,but we left and got another hotel 20 mil from this one I’m really disappointed at Orbitz they have this type of motel on their website ....

Don’t stay here. The room was filthy. The bed was full of cigarette burn marks. The linens were stained yellow and full of holes.

Reservation made / no room available for us

There was no room for my husband and I. We had to sleep in the car with our dog after driving for 14 hours. The person at the desk was nasty to us, could cate less they had no room for us at 2 am.

Stay in your car before staying here.

Stay in your car before staying here!! We got caught with every other hotel in the area full. This was the only place with a vacancy. Worst hotel I have ever seen in the states. Slept with clothes on. Never took shoes off because carpet do filthy. Bad mattress, worse pillows, everything grossly filthy. Place needs to be closed by health department and bull dozed. No exaggeration, worst ever.

Staff was not friendly and the door to the room would not lock from the outside even with the bolt locked it would still open from outside the shower curtain was molded from bottom to top

The super inn in Rowland north Carolina was terrible. There was 3 of us and they would only give us 2 towels. A police officer saw us outside and ask why we were staying there and said that we should find another place to stay because it isnot safe there. Now thats pretty bad. Over all the inside was dirty.

I did not stay in this hotel, the room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy and the receptionist was very rude and rude. It's a terrible place to stop and I don't recommend anyone to stay there!. I want my refund??

I arrived after a 12 hour drive, to a front desk attendant who didn’t respond when I said hello. Just looked at me. She then proceeded to ask me for payment, to which I responded I already had paid through Expedia. She said she didn’t have access to that information...I then had to pull up my bank records to prove I had paid. The room was dirty, but tidy. It appeared that whoever cleaned it used the same dirty rag to clean the entire room, because there was the same wipe/dirty water mark on every surface. I inspected the bed for bed bugs (there were none), and saw that there was all kinds of different hair and lint and what not, under the fitted sheet. I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t actually change the sheets. Nonetheless, it was inexpensive and easily accessible from the highway. I suppose it was exactly what I needed it for. A few hours of rest in between travel days.

This is the worse hotel that I have visited. In the reception they did not want to give us the expidia discount. We agreed to pay and they realize later that it was a mistake. The room has everything old and with cigaret smell. The beds had hair and smell like if other person slept there. The water heater was not functioning, so we took a cold shower in the middle of the night.The towels were clean. I never give a bad review, but I think there is a lot of room for improvement and the place has good potential.

Absolument rien apprecie, la preposee a lacceuil semblait fievreuse ( pendant la pandemie en plus) les proprios nous ont refusés lacces sous pretexte dun erreur de reservation et ont pris mon argent sur ma carte de credit quand meme , personnel tres bete , je diute meme racistes , plus jamais je ne retournerai la et je vous encourage a en faire autant
