This is an old-style "motel" property with entrance doors on the outside. The noise from the parking lot, nearby I-95, and guests rolling their suitcases on the walkway was terrible. The room was modernized with fresh paint and new furniture, but there's no getting away from the "Motel 6" vibe and inconveniences that come with it. Mind you, I paid $112 for this room, which is quite a bit for an unsatisfying experience. P.S. The free breakfast ends at 9am on a weekend day. Who does that? Instead of 6-9am, how about 7-10 on weekends?

Deceptive!!!!!!! Advertising!!!!! Outside Entry. This is not a 'Best Western' Worst Western The pictures show amazing property. But, all rooms are not connected to a hallway...all are outside entry. 30 degrees today. Also, when I went to breakfast lobby...locked! Lady said we open at 6 AM. Here I am...a paid customer...locked out of the lobby. She was quite a gal. She reluctantly let me in. Also, no elevator so any staying on floor two...exciting times carrying all luggage up. Would not recommend! Best Western really should do better than this.

I have no complaints. Room was neat and clean. Heat was working. Had an area to walk your doggie and the staff was pleasant. I would stay again and recommend.

Great choice

Friendly, accommodating staff. Very clean, comfy room. Great location - 1 minute to Rt. 95. Grassy green space surrounds hotel for dog breaks and multiple doggy bag stations around the property were all stocked. Great choice for the night. Can walk to restaurants. We'd stay here again.

Make sure you are not near truck parking

Hotel was in good shape and very clean- staff friendly - However truck running for hours next to our room. Would not chance this happening again. Little to no sleep. Front desk offered to change room. It was too late to pack up

Clean, nice staff, key card door lock gave me problems. Biggest negative, the beds were lumpy with a big dip in the middle caused a sleepless night. Time to buy new mattresses!
