The beds were the most comfortable I have been in. Super comfortable!

Very fast and friendly service. Very clean and concerned about Covid stuff.

The room had a fridge and a microwave, which was a plus. But the room is fairly worn out and not as spacious as expected.

Overpriced and mediocre, a lot to pay with no breakfast included

Run down not that clean bad smell Nice lobby staff

Significantly overpriced for quality of hotel. Seemed more like a weekly hotel for traveling workers. Had been remodeled, but furnishings were deteriorated. Co-location with Dennys and onsite bar were a plus. But, there was no free breakfast.

I stay at this Holiday Inn twice a year on my way south in January and back north in April. It is an easy exit from the highway. The staff has always been courteous and the rooms are comfortable and QUIET. There is a Denny's on site which is great after a long day of traveling. It is comfortable and comfortingly familiar.

Good quality road trip stop. Had a gym with a working treadmill. Bed was good. Only problem was loud guests and being woken up by noise

The rooms were clean. The maid service was excellent. I was able to login to the internet without any issues. The airconditioner was a bit noisey but overall all the price I paid for the room was worth it. Also, there a Denny's attached to the motel and a Golden Coral just up the street about 1/2 miles from the hotel - which was convenient.

I would love to go back on my trip to the same place. It was a perfect stay at reasonable price.

All my expectations were meet. Overall, a good experience. The only thing I would change would be for cleaning crew to get a list of checkouts before they knock on doors and have smokers not at immediate entrance or side doors to get into the hotel. Otherwise, a non-smoking person smells like a smoker thru a walkthru.

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and very comfortable. This hotel is old but well kept and needs some refreshing but is a good value.

We were on our way from FL to DC, so Lumberton was a great halfway point. Friendly staff, clean room, quiet.

This hotel is horrible. When we checked in there is a bar attached to the hotel that was letting out and there were a lot of unsavory drunk people hanging around the parking lot. I did not feel safe. The outer doors were not locked the parking lot was not well lit and it was gross! Staff was extremely rude and most importantely, I did not feel safe. Please do not stay here if you have children!

The restaurant inside of the hotel was very convenient. I also appreciated that there was an exercise room to help me stay on track. The housekeepers were very nice. Comfy bed. I will be in the area several times/yr for business and I plan to stay there again.

Stayed here en route to a wedding on Labor Day Weekend 2013. Good location, right off the highway. Ate at a Texas Steakhouse right across the street and filled up the tank on the way back to the hotel (all places almost sharing each other's parking lots). Room was clean, good size, refrigerator, king size bed (comfy), couch/sitting area. Staff was attentive. Denny's on-site 24 hours was very nice for an early breakfast before we hit the road. Only drawback was bathroom did not have vent fan and shower curtain did not do a very good job of keeping water from pooling on the bathroom floor.

All about location here. Right off 95--tons of places to eat, but there is a Denny's right inside the hotel. My daughter is training for a marathon & had to run 13 miles that morning and it was very safe--with Lowe's & Walmart parking lots right there (video Cameras). Didn't really look into amenities provided by the hotel

Breakfast at the restaurant on site was very good and inexpensive.

it was ok but it would have been better with a hot tub.
