Overall it is a good place to stay, but there was some ants in one of the bathroom, and the other toilet wasn’t working. it’s a good place to stay, the host is very nice and he gave us some tips for the food and everything out of this place. We can also walk to go everywhere and the train station is close.

Nice apartment close to the train station, Good Restaurants, food stores just down the street, about a 40 minute walk to the coliseum through some nice areas, but there is one or two sketchy streets to avoid. never had a problem though. AC works great, bedrooms have a nice view of the streets below. I'd stay there again. Get the "What's app" app before you travel overseas. Seems like everyone over there uses it instead of texting

This spot has a ton of potential but was not very well cleaned when we arrived. The appliances all worked but the microwave has seen better days and the water reservoir for the Nespresso maker had a lot of calcification on it that I scrubbed out. The floors were all dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. The rental company did refund the cleaning fee. The wardrobe in one room was completely full bags that are apparently for the cleaning crew. If the rental company can work out the cleaning issues this is an excellent spot to base yourself from while in Roma.
