Great hotel, but near impossible to find! Located in an alley with nothing but a six inch sign on the front door (which you usually can't see because that door is typically left open and not facing the street). Once checked in, you are in for a special treat! It was a great all around deal. Very clean...which is critical to my wife and I. Great staff. Roman ruins right inside the hotel...nice perk. Great central location...in the middle of it all.

Wonderful staff! They were pleasant and helpful. The Inn is really cool and in a good location.

Beautiful Hotel. Great Staff. Close to everything. Breakfast was wonderful on the roof top terrace. Stay in the Garden Room if available.

Hotel was absolutely perfect. Just off the main streets it was relatively easy to find (despite having only a tiny sign on the door). The room itself was better than expected and the upgrade to a executive with king made it even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the complementary proseco and bath salts making the experience just that much more luxurious. My interactions with the staff were all terrific and all were friendly. Only quickly enjoyed the breakfast provided due to my busy touring schedule but from what I did have it was excellent. Overall I highly recomend and would definitely consider on a future visit.

I had lived in Rome for 5 years back in the 70s, so on this visit we chose the hotel based on location and past reviews. Also, we prefer boutique hotels as instead of the large chains. The staff are great and helpful. The lift did not work one day, and the bedding was so hard and curved that we could not get a good night sleep. The standard room was, frankly, too small and difficult

Arrived early morning and paid for the night before to checking after night flight. Contacted hotel beforehand to pave the way. Had to wait 30 minutes for our room. The maid was doing her last minute checks from cleaning as we approached the room that must have been doubled booked due to our early morning arrival. Wifi did not work. Hotel very noisy.

We booked the place to have a luxurious last night in Rome. It turned out to be better than we expected. We were upgraded to the Executive Suite and enjoyed the evening on a private balcony on the roof of the hotel. It was a great, relaxing, way to end a week of experiencing the Eternal City.

The room was very nice and the people very friendly and helpful. The breakfast location was also wonderful: Great views on the deck and a beautiful room. Being able to go to the sister hotel near the Spanish Steps for an apperatif was also very nice. The only disappointment was that it was not as close to the Forum as suggested.

You will have a little challenge locating the front door, but once you do, it is one of the most charming botique hotels you will ever stay at. Only a few rooms, but all of the highest quality and the staff is there to make your trip work. You can see Julius Caesar's forum from the roof top patio and that is just a small taste of the ambiance. Convenient to all of the historic Rome you could want, great recommendations on places to dine, help with tours and ground transportation, all in all, a fantastic hotel. My wife and I cannot wait to return.

The location was ideal to visit the Colosseum, the Forum and the Arch and the accommodations were very comfortable. Staff was courteous and professional.
