We loved our stay at the First Roma Arte. It's a beautiful boutique hotel with artwork everywhere in a great location just off Piazza di Popolo. Meriam the manager was wonderful and upgraded us to a junior suite; our room was beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive at all times. Aquaroof bar and our dinner at Aquolina were both outstanding.
All services were excellent. It was a pleasure to stay on property. The roof top was amazing and offers a wonderful breakfast. Ricardo makes great cocktails. All service was exceptional. Great overall staff.
Great location just minutes from many attractions and the pedestrian part of Via del Corso. Moreover, the room is extremely quiet, which is very rare for Rome. Very comfortable bed and pillows. But the equipment in the bathroom is not the most successful. Outdoor breakfast terrace with panoramic views of Rome. Friendly staff. We were pleased that at breakfast there is a Russian-speaking employee - Svetlana. She not only introduced us in detail to the menu and the work of the restaurant, but also spoke about some practical aspects of her stay in Rome.
From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel completely at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, cosy and quiet. The restaurant on level 6 has a fabulous view across the local area and the breakfast was great. The hotel is well located and we walked to most of the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.
Tutti v?a bene. Perfetto in every way. The food superb, the service attentive And personalized. The rooms quiet, very well appointed, with excellent WiFi. The hotel.is.a.suitable small.size for a.family feel. Do yourself a favor and stay here.
It's really great hotel at Rome! We love all of our stays here! Staying here you feel like in a family under love and care of the staff! This hotel has fantastic beds and our sleep was so comfort! Thank you for the upgrading our rooms! It was so wonderful surprise! Thank you for your care! We will miss you and we wish to come back!
We booked one night at the First Roma Arte. We had very high expectations of this hotel. We stay in hotels over 100 days/year. Hotel Rome Arte was fine. When we arrived we were told that we were upgraded to the Jacuzzi Suite. We have status at many hotel brands, this is not one of them. So this was very welcome news. The gentleman said it was the finest suite and that the jacuzzi is wonderful. When he showed us to our room he gave us the little tour, nice cookie tray, decent sized room, small for a suite and the carpet looked a bit worn. After the tour of the room we were told "let me show you the best part, the jacuzzi", then he said it was 100euros to use the hot tub for ONE night. We were upgraded so they could use the room we initially booked (as hotels do all the time),but turns out this hotel policy is to charge 100 euros unless you paid to book this specific room. This immediately changed our view of this hotel. That is an ABSURD amount to charge to use a hot tub for 1 night, likely less than one hour. Before we got there we called and they told us parking was 35euros, when we got our bill we were charged 50euros. When I showed them the website said 35-45 euros for parking they fixed the bill to 45euros and said it was based on the size of the car. We had a tiny fiat, I'm not sure what car would be 35euros... Last time we will stay here, check your bill carefully and be weary of upgrades.
Our stay at first Roma Arte was distinguished by extremely responsive and courteous service, with attention to detail and our comfort. The general manager welcomed us with an informative overview of services and escorted us to the room to ensure that it was what we wanted. The hotel itself was lovely; with a sumptuous breakfast that was presented meticulously. Most of all, the hotel, located on a small street off the (chaotic) Corso was a quiet oasis a few hundred yards from the Tiber. Certainly one of the best of the many hotels I've experienced in Rome.
My partner and I stayed for three nights while visiting Rome. The hotel was perfect: walking distance to all of the key attractions, shopping and restaurants. Our Art Suite was spacious, clean and very well equipped and importantly, very quiet (not a feature of every hotel in Rome). Fantastic roof top breakfasts as well.
Staff is incredible, very professional in every aspect. Will definitely stay there when we return. Perfect location, meet every standard. Staff went out of the way to take the extra step to make sure we were pleased with the service
