All AC did not work Poor communication with host
When we arrived, we were met by a representative of the host. The person who met us pointed out that the AC In one of the bedrooms did not work. We tried to contact the host, but could not get the host to respond so we contacted the person who let us in. She told us that the host was not going to fix the AC. We contacted customer service from Vrbo and inform them of what was happening we were told that they would contact the host, the first and second night we did not have AC working in the bedroom so some of our guest had to sleep in the living room in order to maintain Comfort. On the morning of the third night, the host sent a video of where a handyman had played some sort of switch device tape to the outside of the AC and told us to push it for three seconds to get the AC to work when we did the AC would come on, but not produce any cold air. So on the third night, we had no AC either. Host was rude and unavailable to respond for help. The second bedroom was not usable due to the heat. If you stay there, you should make sure that the AC works prior to accepting the room from whoever let you in and hopefully you don’t have any problems where you have to work with this house because they very poor at communications.
