We were touring Rome and loved our stay at the Nerva Boutique Hotel. The location was central to everything and the staff was amazingly helpful in guiding us. We loved the comfortable common area for afternoon tea and luscious breakfast. The breakfast staff were very entertaining. The room was roomy and comfortable and aesthetically decorated. It felt like a small apartment. We highly recommend the Nerva.

I chose this hotel in a package deal with Expedia, so I was a little "Nervas" about what we would find. However, the hotel is absolutely delightful and in the best possible location for Rome. It is tiny but incredibly quaint, cute, and cosy. It is totally unpretentious but very stylish and chic. The owners and staff treat you like family. They helped me make reservations for dinner each night and their recommendations were always the best (compared to the ones in Frommers). They will go out of their way to help you in any request. They served a complimentary coffee and tea time with delicious cookies and cakes every afternoon. The rooms were extremely comfortable, we even had his and her bathrooms - one on each side of the bed - which I would like to have in my own home! It was very quiet and comfortable. The pillows were super soft and nice. The only complaint was they don't really use the AC (you don't have controls in the room) but if you asked them to make it cooler, they always obliged very quickly. I would definitely pick this hotel again. In fact, I would not even consider going to another hotel in Rome.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was truly the best part of our trip to Rome. Everyone who works there is so welcoming, the location was just steps from the Forum, and the rooms are spectacular. We visited over my birthday, and they took notice of my birthday when reviewing my passport and made a point to surprise me at breakfast with a candle and everything! I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends, you cannot go wrong staying here!

We stayed here for my husband’s 30th birthday and will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Rome! Perfect location for seeing all of the main sights and some great restaurants in the local area. The rooms are clean and modern, we stayed in a deluxe room which was a comfortable size for us as a couple. Staff were really friendly and always willing to help with recommendations for places to eat and arranging our transfers back to the airport. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area that feels extremely safe and relaxed but also has a good atmosphere in the evening.

This was our first stop in a month long trip of Italy and one of our best accommodation spots, very convenient location whilst still quiet enough to recover from jet lag. Breakfast was devine! lovely selection and friendly service. Hotel organised our transfer from airport which worked well as we arrived late at night. Room access was outside of main entrance but quite safe/secure and we were helped with our bags. Bathroom was a tight squeeze but we were in Rome so this is to be expected and the room itself was large.

We loved our stay at this cute and cozy hotel. Although our trip was short, we managed to see all the lovely monuments this city has to offer thanks to where this hotel is located. The owner (Antonio?) was super helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in.a great location next to the Forum and near the Colosseum. Facility is small with no frills. I prepaid for a room for me and my wife with one bed, not two. When I arrived, I was told that only one person could sleep in the bed and it was ILLEGAL for two people to sleep in the bed together. In order for us to sleep together, we had to upgrade to a Suite, which was $180 additional per night. I had no choice but to pay the added expense. I felt that we got a bait and switch situation. If you decide to stay at this hotel, make sure you understand how to book a single bed for two people, it is not indicated at all on the website.

Fantastic location (we walked everywhere). The hotel was clean & quiet, and the staff very friendly. We were given some excellent restaurant recommendations. There is no hotel restaurant, however we got a local takeaway and enjoyed this with a glass of wine in the breakfast room/bar which was very nice when traveling with a small baby.

Loved this place top to bottom. The greeting was friendly and warm, room beautifully clean and breakfast extensive and delicious. The location is also perfect immediately adjacent to the Roman Forum and a short walk to the Colloseum. Will stay again.

We stayed at the Nerva Boutique hotel and was amazed at the wonderful and friendly service we received. They arranged for pick up and drop off of the airport and port. We had a delicious breakfast preparred by Sally every morning! She is delightful and wants to please everyone. We found our room sunny and bright, cool and relaxing. We even had 2 bathrooms in our Deluxe room. I would definately stay here again. It is within walking distance of several Rome Attractions.
