We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was a clean, greatly located hotel with great breakfast options. The only thing is that it looked more like a hotel apartment with very very small room with no exterior light (our room was facing another building very close to our window). Same as pictures but when you are in the room itself then you recognize how small and not airy it is.

Location was good, good restaurants across the street and also a small grocery store. Pretty close to everything else in rome, it was perfect for the price. Only thing i would like to see improve are the beds, they are extremely hard almost feels like if there is no mattress and only a box spring. Besides that everything was perfect, friendly staff, good location, clean rooms and hotel.

Our overall stay was fantastic . The staff were more than helpful and more than accommodating with any and all needs including our late arrival . They went above and beyond . The facilities are easily enough for a family although the washer takes some getting used to and the location can not be beaten for the price as it is close to termini , a great local supermarket and the city centre is a short hop from there . Once you use termini as a hub everything quite reachable on foot . (Although we walked 50kM in 5 days) Over all fantastic and can’t fault it

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times. In that time the property has been renovated. Unfortunately, the work has not been well finished. Eg There are multiple electrical mounts that have been blanked and left. Apart from being an eyesore, it becomes hard to find the switch or power socket. In the bathroom, builders marks and outlines have not been removed. I could go on. The hotel provides tea/coffee service, room safe, refrigerator. The staff are helpful and friendly, although one was arrogant and less than helpful. The only good thing about the breakfast was the friendly staff. I will probably stay here again just because of familiarity but I am actively looking at other options.
