Very nice hotel ... extremely close to everything .. Trevi Fountain so close you can hear it! Very nice staff and highly recommend if it is a first time trip for you.

The hotel was fine and the breakfast was certainly appropriate too -- however, if you are an American traveler, remember you are going to a foreign culture. Hotel rooms in Europe are far smaller than you may be accustom to in the U.S. I was in a single room -- the main room was literally 6'5 x 6'5... so pretty small the bathroom was tight as well. That said, it was certainly serviceable and fine --- I'm was there to see Rome, not spend my time in the hotel room. One issue I had was minor inconsistency in bathroom cleaning service--some days toiletries weren't fully there, one day a full-size towel wasn't there... minor stuff really and I got by just fine. If you seek convenience, great spot... very near to Trevi Fountain and relatively easy walk to everything else---if you don't mind walking. But the strip outside hotel does get busy with tourists and the food is a bit less authentic in that area.

Loved my week here! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Great water pressure in shower, delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Mostly just used as a bed. Conveniant to Trevi fountain and within walking distance to many sites and the subway. Shops and cafes right as you leave the hotel. The only thing is the road does not go to the hotel. They drop you up the road and you have to walk dragging your bag over the cobblestone street through all the tourist. Of course you don't have to deal with the street noise. I would stay here again. We were there over Christmas and Rome was beautiful at Christmas time and the crowds were less.

We stayed there last year at about this time. I had meant to write earlier. The location was perfect, right near the Trevi Fountain. It is a small place, great for a couple who are looking for a place to base their travel in a nice location without having to pay five-star prices. The hotel is clean, staff were very nice, and we could walk to so many sites and take convenient public transport to others. We'll go back some day.

The hotel is nice and clean. Nothing out of the ordinary. Although it has perfect location. Within walking distance of most popular landmarks.

The location was good; right next to the Trevi Fountain, and walking distance to most anywhere in the historical center of Rome. But the room was overly small, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower barely usable. But if all you want is a waypoint while you see Rome, it'll serve your purpose.

I stayed in a single room, which was adequate for just myself. It was very tiny, though, with a single bed and desk taking up all the room. I liked the little balcony that overlooked the tile-roofed houses in the back of the building. I was out touring Rome all day and only used the room to sleep but it would have felt claustrophobic to spend much time in the room. It's well decorated with tall ceilings, crown molding and a nice furniture. The bathroom was good except for the shower, which was so tiny I couldn't bend over to shave my legs and every time I moved an elbow to soap up I knocked the shower door open and the floor got wet. As in the other reviews, housekeeping was done late in the day. It's very close to the Trevi Fountain, which is wall to wall people until late in the evening, but the noise doesn't reach the hotel and there's no car traffic on the street. I glanced into other rooms when the door was open while they were being cleaned and they look very nice, well decorated and much larger than my room. I'd go with one of those if I ever stayed here again.

Carpet was filthy, seemed the bed spreads were not washed in years. Location was phenomenal...sad the condition of the hotel rooms inside, looks like they don't try hard because of the great location

the location is great, only steps away from the trevi fountain, though can be quite crowded with all the tourists. the hotel staff is great, always friendly and helpful. included breakfast was a disappointment with plates of meat and dry cakes and a coffee machine that didn't work. bathroom was quite ackward trying to get in and out of the shower. room was quite large though with separate sitting area and minibar and a safe.

the hotel room was lovely, simple and pleasant. The staff was not especially helpful. And the lobby is dark and uninviting. breakfasts are very good.

I had a great stay at the Boutique Trevi Hotel Rome. Advantages is clearly location- steps away from the Trevi fountain. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean, European style. Breakfast had a variety of options- meats, bread, juices, fruits etc. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a single room for one night. The hotel was lovely, clean interior, helpful staff, free wifi, and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Also steps away from the Trevi fountain and walking distance to many other main attractions in Rome. My room was small, but perfect for one and quiet. The staff ordered a car for me to go to the airport the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

As others have mentioned, you can't beat the location of this hotel. It is in between the Spagna and Barberni Metro stops, 2 minute walk to the fountain and maybe 5 to the Spanish Steps. Restaurants abound and you will be in the Center of everything from this hotel. The staff is wonderful. Extremely helpful and easy going with all tourist questions/answers. Nice breakfast in the morning. WIFI worked great as did the aircon. Room was made up perfectly each day with plenty of bathroom amenities. Many people have commented on the size of the room, which is silly. You are in ROME to see the city, not to spend your holiday in the hotel! If you want a huge room, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a great location, you will be more than satisfied here (after all, the hotel does charge a premium for its' location!)

The location could not get better. Also- the jacuzzi in the bathroom made for a relaxing experience!!

Room small but what do you expect in the most central location in Rome. Only using it for sleeping anyway! About fifty steps from the Trevi Fountain, and easy and pleasant walk to most central Rome attractions. Good choice of cold breakfast options, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurants nearby, try L'Archetto two minutes away up Via Del Virgine for divine pasta. Good deli just doors away, McDonalds in the other direction if thats your thing. Via Del Muratte on which the hotel is situated is a pedestrian street.

Very friendly staff! Great location! The only bad thing about the hotel was breakfast.

Wonderful location by the Trevi. Good clean hotel, nice service. Small rooms, as expected, but clean and well maintained. Decent breakfast. Requested room on higher floor to reduce noise and they gave us one at the back which was great. Would stay here again.

The Hotel was superb in every way. You walk out of the hotel, & go just a few steps, and there is the WONDERFUL TREVI FOUNTAIN!! Most of the pedestrian walkways have no traffic, so you can walk to many sights of Rome, i.e. Spanish Steps, Piazza Navonna, & even St. Peter's. Breakfast was also very good-each a.m., you could have as many capuccinos as you wished, plus many choices of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, etc. & a cozy atmosphere.

The room was surprisingly large and comfortable (compared to others in Rome). The bathroom was very small but functional. The hotel is just a 30 second walk from the Trevi Fountain so you are very close to most of the prime sites. Because of the location it can be rather noisy so it might be helpful to ask for a high floor. We were on the first floor. The breakfast was very good. Ask the attendant for a cappuccino - don't use the machine. Overall it was a very nice hotel and a good value.
