We were very comfortable during our stay at The Bev! The host was very quick ro respond to any/all questions. We had busy days out and about in the Rochester area. But could come back to the house and relax in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy.

There’s also a lot of little details that speak to how much the hosts care: a pack-and-play in the bedroom, a dog chain and tie in the backyard, treats in the kitchen, a bunch of different games around the house… it was overall a great experience with great access to the Mayo and St. Mary’s.

This property was excellent for our needs. Welcoming. Clean. Well-lit.And a highlight for us was the checkout process said, "leave the cleaning to us".We didn’t bring our dog along on this trip, but this property was one of THE MOST pet friendly places we've stayed. This was a perfect spot for us and our 2 small dogs while we were in town for appointments at Mayo Clinic. Adorable little house on a quiet street very convenient to get to Mayo, liked front and back yard options for our dogs, so convenient. It was perfectly clean and well-stocked. The host was kind, responsive and helpful. We highly recommend.
