Welcome to a refined downtown Roanoke loft offering luxury, light, and location, part of our Stay Roanoke collection of locally managed stays! This spacious 2 bed, 2 full bath retreat features soaring ceilings with skylights, oversized windows with city views, and two indulgent king beds. Enjoy all new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and thoughtful high-end finishes throughout. Only steps away from top restaurants and shopping.



The Space:

The property is a 2-story building. The loft is on the second story (2-story walkup with no elevator.) Listed nightly base price is for up to 4 adult guests. For additional guests there is a $20 per guest per night charge up to a max of 6 adult guests. List all guests when you book and update guest numbers if they change. NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS. QUIET TIME AT 10 PM.



Treat the place as if it were your own and enjoy!

We offer basics like ground coffee from a local coffee shop and an electric drip coffee maker and coffee filters; salt and pepper and cooking oil.



Pets are allowed but there is a pet fee based on seasonality. Please note to take your dog off of our property for it to relieve itself.



NO Smoking of of any substances or e-Cigarettes Allowed anywhere on the property. $250.00 PENALTY FEE CHARGED FOR SMOKING



Check in 3 pm - 11pm. Check out 11 AM. If we can accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out we will try to do so but there may be a $30.00 fee .

We require advance notice of early check in or late check out requests. Our ability to accept those depends on our bookings and housekeepers schedule.



Check out on or before 11 AM. Our housekeeper enters the property at 11 AM to start the check out clean.

You will be provided with a 4-digit guest access code to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You can walk most anywhere in downtown Roanoke from here. If you want to venture out further, a short Uber ride will get you there. Electric scooters (Lime, Bird, etc) are plentiful in downtown also! It's only a 15 minute drive to Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport.



Other Things to Note:

Free parking is all on city streets and subject to daily restrictions. There are pay to park options in the Church Street parking garage and surrounding pay-to-park parking lots nearby.



Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. We will send this lease to you immediately after booking. Please message us if you are interested in reviewing this lease prior to booking.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We could walk to so many restaurants and activities! The host was communicative and getting in and out of the property was easy. The skylight brightened up the space, and the restaurant downstairs was excellent - make sure to make reservations if you plan on going on the weekend - it's worth it. I parked at the garage down the street - it was a short walk and a very reasonable daily rate. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan on coming back soon.

This property was very nice and conveniently located to shops, dining, and entertainment. Close access to parking garage that was reasonable. Well stocked with cooking accoutrements.

The apartment was clean and fairly accurately described, but the overall experience was very poor. The neighborhood and surrounding areas felt very unsafe, with many suspicious individuals lingering nearby, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. I would not recommend going out alone. The double security lock system was inconvenient and difficult to navigate. AI-only check-in and very poor communication made the stay frustrating. Parking was extremely difficult, with no convenient options nearby. Parking garages were always full and expensive. Reaching the apartment required climbing steep and numerous stairs. Entering through the shared restaurant foyer was uncomfortable with employees and restaurant clients interfering with the door access. I would not recommend this property.
