Just OK!

We rented a room for 3 nights and 3 days. The location is great since it is a short walk to Quinta Avenida and a block or two from the beach and a 5 min walk from the bus terminal. The Hotel itself needs an upgrade! Our room as just Ok! The kitchen area had a sink that was old and rusty. The room had coffee and 2 bottle waters which we used the first day and they were never replaced while we were there. The towels were old and thin and looked far from white. There was no warm water coming from the shower even though we mentioned this and accordingly they said they checked it and it worked, well it never did. The only thing we liked were the drinks at the rooftop bar. The pool water was very cold so we used the hot tub which was ok. The Concierge was helpful recommended a great buffet for breakfast and the employees were nice. However, like I mentioned before the place does need an upgrade. I must mention that the bed which was comfortable!

Not Adults-Only As Advertised & Lacking Basic Amenities - We booked this property specifically because it was advertised as an "Adults-Only" building (ages 14 ), exactly what we wanted as parents of five children looking for a quiet getaway. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool and hot tub were filled with screaming kids ranging from babies to around 10 years old—yelling, splashing, and likely peeing in the pool. Definitely not the relaxing, adults-only atmosphere we expected. On the positive side, the rooftop restaurant offered a great happy hour, very friendly staff, and reasonable prices. However, the unit lacked basic amenities: we received no Wi-Fi information or instructions upon arrival, no face cloths, no conditioner, only one bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us. Bedding consisted only of a bottom and top sheet, without blankets or duvets. The unit itself was clean, but the coffee maker was dirty and gross—we decided not to use it. Overall, disappointed as our primary reason for booking (Adults-Only experience) was not respected.

Nice location, good pool area but NOT ENOUGH shade umbrellas around the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was warm one day then cold the next three days. You only receive two very tiny bottles of purified water each day, which is quite odd. You actually need to buy your own overpriced water at nearby stores. Definitely could use an upgrade in that catagory

Location! Location! Location!

I have stayed here 3 times! Love the location 6 minutes from the bus station and 2 minutes from the beach with many great restaurants close! Always my go to in playa!!

Three good things about this hotel: The rooftop bar. The walkable location. The parking. Disorganized reception. Had to leave a deposition for things that should come with the room for the amount of money you spend to book ($200 pesos for an iron, $100 for a second key). No fridge. 1st night was horrible. Could hear the music blasting from somewhere outside until 4am (I was on the 3rd floor). Every other night was fine. Good taco spot across the street that stays open to 4am and good thing was that Oxxo was around the corner. Because couldn’t get anything from the front desk…

I did not like anything about the property, except for the rooftop since it’s separate from the supposed all inclusive hotel. They have a nice friendly staff upstairs. But besides that. All was horrible. Every time I went towards the front desk, there was a different person complaining about something related to the rooms... I guess I would recommend to read reviews before paying an excessive amount for what it actually offers and not what you are promised

Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Would’ve loved one blanket though. The pool was great and loved the courtyard area. Very central and close to shopping and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
