Great suites overall. Wonderful view and distance to main square. Very helful and friendly staff begining with the reservation office over the phone especially for English speakers. Only one thing that is a bit necessary, daily housekeeping!

If you are looking for the all-inclusive resort lifestyle of Cancun, this is not the place for you. If you want a spartan environment out of the way, on the beach, and quiet, then this is your place. It was clean, and is very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the ocean side (we stayed in the family suite). The pool is well taken care of, and Susanna at the front desk is easy to work with. However, the accomodations are very bare, with only the basic necessities available (fresh water is provided through a 5 gallon bottle with manual pump).

If you want a true beach vacation this is a great place to pick. Our room was outstanding, service great. We had the room from the picture on the website. This not your place if you want a gym, an all inclusive, or wild nightlife but it fronts a great beach, it has nice little local bars and restaurants all within a quick walk, great for a pre or post all-inclusive stay.

Clean and nice hotel with amazing view on the beach. Management is really attentive and responsive. If you like calm family rest, it is perfect place to stay. If you prefer much active rest, I recommend to rent a car. There are a lot of existing places to see - swimming with tortures, crocodile zoo, cenotes etc.

Puerto Morelos Mexico was a most beautiful and magical place to spend our time together and with friends. We truly fell in love with this most enchanting town and plan to return in the near future with family and friends.

We stayed in Puerto Morelos for 4 nights after 2 weeks in Cuba. First of all the manageress is excellent. Very helpful. We had a top floor room overlooking the beach and sunrise, lovely! The room decor is a bit tired and the mattress was sagging badly in places. I complained and it was replaced but the second one was the same - a new one would take a few days. Anyway mattress comfort is very important so I suggest frequent checking by mgmt. The beach is lovely and location is great with lots of nice restos close by, easy to walk to. The bar in front of the apts is nice but it was full of obnoxious Americans (middle aged) behaving like idiots. Go elsewhere I suggest. Overall I would stay here again.

We stayed at Corales A, second floor. the main bedroom is beautiful, the one with the drapes over the bed, as pictures. each bedroom has a bathroom. the bathroom in the main bedroom has no mirror (may be its one now) A really minor "problem" was that there was only one AC control remote for both AC in each room. The apartment is beautiful and very comfy. A great view of the ocean from the main bedroom. Its located about 10 minutes walk to town. We will definitely come back to Corales Suites!

We stayed here for two weeks, on the second floor and had a great view of the ocean. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked ... coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The location is great... about a ten minute walk to the town and steps to the beach. We were able to purchase the necessities either at the xoxo markets or the casa Martin grocery store. There is a great variety of restaurants to choose from... our favorites were El Pirata, tacos.com, Doña Trina's, and Los Gauchos, to name a few! And of course the ice cream shop near casa Martin! Susana in the office is wonderful, very helpful, as are the other employees. I would definitely stay at Corales Suites again!

This is a lovely block of self-catering appartments right by the beach at Puerto Morelos. We stayed in the room with the drapes over the bed that you see in the pictures - it does look exactly like this! You get the beautiful sunrise in the morning! It is attached to a big kitchen and a smaller bathroom. There is another huge room, bathroom and roof terrace attached that we also had the use of. Honestly, its one of the biggest places we've stayed in - great value for money. It is less than a minute to get to the beautiful white sand beach and the town is a ten minute walk away down the beach. The staff were very friendly but at times seemed a little disorganised. For example, a couple of times the water went off in the appartments and they didn't let residents know. But this is a beautiful place and we would recommend it.

Our spotlessly clean, air-conditioned suite was on the ground floor in "B" unit, suite #2. Although we had requested an upper floor, we later found out that the one bedroom suites were on the ground floor. No problem. We had a nice size patio with a small table and a lounge chair. It was nice to have our breakfast outside in the warm fresh air and watch the birds and iguanas among the many plants (and it is just steps to the beach). The suite was the perfect size for us and included everything we needed. There is no daily cleaning/maid service (which is fine by me because I like my privacy) but if you want clean linens, just ask and you will receive them... same goes for soap, shampoo, toilet paper and 5 gallon jugs of water. The king size bed was hard, but I didn't seem to have any trouble sleeping. There is a large sized wardrobe which provides ample room for the few clothes we brought. There are plenty of plug-ins for us tech-savy folks and free Wi-Fi. The pool is just outside the door and large beach towels are available. The whole complex is kept clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There is street parking if you have a car. Pickup direct from the Cancun airport was $40 US. (You can get is cheaper) There is access to the rooftop to enjoy the view and watch the sunrise/sunset, but no chairs. The living room was cozy and had a flat screened TV. The full sized screened patio doors allow plenty of light and there always seemed to be a nice warm breeze. Our initial contact to Corales Suites was Suzanna, who was always polite and prompt with her email replies and recommendations. (she is very knowledgeable about this wonderful little town) It’s just a 10 minute walk to town where you'll find several mid-range priced restaurants. Taxi's are cheap. It’s safe and quiet. We met several Canadian folks too. Locals are friendly and helpful.
