Im not one to typically leave a review and it takes a lot for me to feel inconvenienced, but... our room wasnt ready, but OK we can wait.. but then my son needed to use the restroom and the main lobby restroom was "out of order". They did not suggest another source. Our room didnt have enough towels so after visiting the pool, we all had to share and reuse pool towels for shower towels. The laundry facility was also " out of order" and I purposefully didnt pack extra clothes bc I was under the influence that Id be able to wash our clothes. They have a stove top, but no pots/pans/utensils, so that was useless. But what really topped it off was that they had coffee but NO CUPS! SOOO as nice as the pool was and they granted us a late check out, we will not be revisiting.

We stayed for 8 days. The laundry room was out of order, the bathroom in the lobby was out of order, luggage cart available (with no elevators), the paint in the bathtub was half peeled off, the room phone didn't work, and you could feel the springs in the mattress by day 3. Oh and you had to log into the wifi every couple of hours. the door looked like some sprayed it and never wiped it. the refrigerator had water condensation on the back wall, and we ended up unplugging the microwave because it had flickered at one point.

The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There was hair in bathroom and on floor. Bed was comfortable and seemed clean. Bathroom had caulk which looked like they were filling in gaps and not a quality install. 6.5 to 7 is grade I would give.

Great value

Spacious rooms with good accommodations such as stove, microwave and large fridge. Good hospitality and cleanliness. My tv remote did not work, but other than that, it was a great stay for the price.

When nearing our room the odor became worse. It was completely unbearable to the point we ended up leaving within an hour. The bathroom was dirty, the sink constantly dripped.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had. Dirty carpets (with cockroach), moldy ceiling and walls, very strong and uncomfortable smell, and there were large stains on certain furniture items. Floor and walls were wet from humidity. Need better cleaning and management. I am not sure how this place got this much positive review. I had to go to another hotel after one night. One positive thing that they refunded the rest of the money.

I have never seen a bathroom this disgusting in my entire life. It honestly felt like walking into a crime scene. There was a rough patch on the bathroom door, barely covering what looked like a hole someone had punched straight through. It gave off such an unsettling vibe, like violence had happened here. The bathtub was filthy. It clearly never cleaned properly. There were disgusting stains and grime that made it impossible to even consider using it. To top it off, the ceiling paint was peeling and had completely disintegrated in one area, leaving a giant, moldy circle where you could see the raw material underneath. It felt like the whole bathroom was falling apart. My friend was traumatized by the experience, and I honestly felt the same. We will never, ever stay in a place like this again. I cannot believe this dump has an 8/10 rating. That rating is so misleading it feels like a scam. I’m convinced they pay people to leave fake positive reviews. Expedia needs to investigate this rating scandal immediately. No one should have to walk into something this vile.

Only if I had no other choice

I messed up big time on this room. I should have know better when I pulled up. The room was very small. The "kitchen" was less a foot from my bed & I couldn't even open the refrigerator door all the way. See picture. The floors were seeping wetness. Picture included. I dried the floor and the wet spots came back. The ceiling must have had prior water damage. See picture. The bathroom was so small and the tub had hairs in it. When I went to the bathroom the next morning, there was a spider and a ROACH crawling on the floor. The roach ran behind the trash can. There was a strong smell of cleaner that made my head hurt all night. The TV is small. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.
Room was small and the "kitchen" is NOT a separate area.
