My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely love to stay here again

My stay wasn’t horrible. There were some damage to the flooring in the room that looks to have been like that for a while. Towels had holes in them. All that I can overlook to an extent but the dead bugs in the drawers and the stains on the blankets and the dirt build up along the walls can not be overlooked it’s seems they go in and run the vacuum back and forth a couple times and they don’t do anything else. The couch was filthy. The extra lock on the inside didn’t work. Only positive thing about the place is that it’s close to a lot of stores and places to eat

We ended up leaving this hotel early due to concerns about the surrounding area. While we understood the reservation was non-refundable, we believe the circumstances warranted some flexibility, as we did not feel safe staying for the full duration of our booking. Members of our team observed activity outside the property that made them uncomfortable, including individuals loitering near the entrance late at night. We also had concerns about the safety of leaving our rental vehicle in the parking lot overnight. While the hotel itself may be suitable for some travelers, we felt the environment was not appropriate for a business stay and ultimately chose to relocate. A more secure atmosphere would have made a significant difference.

Great staff but dirty rooms

I had an amazing interaction with the staff they were so nice but our room had Roches. We killed about 6 and my husband said he saw at least two behind the toilet go into a hole. I even plugged it with toilet paper. The pool was amazing and my kids loved it but the roach problem will definitely make us pick another place. When we got there I scrubbed the sink, and bathroom. The bathtub we wore out shoes. I'm an Airbnb cleaner and I didn't have my scrub brush but did what I could with a can of Lysol. We still wore flip flops in the shower
