I checked in despite my apprehension. Went to the room and it smelled weird, there was a stain on a sheet, and it was way smaller than advertised. I walked in and immediately walked out. When I checked in, the staff was friendly. When I went to check out, the woman was hostile as though I was rejecting her personally and "couldn't" check me out. The manager figured it out. The neighborhood was VERY sketchy and there were several people milling around the front. Just not clean or safe.

The staff was amazing; however, our overall experience was very disappointing. We stayed on the 4th floor, which smelled strongly of urine, and the room itself did not smell any better. The outside of the property felt very sketchy, and my in-laws were followed by random people inside the casino. I don’t think I will ever stay here again.

The Casino right below the hotel and round the hotel front lobby has a lot of homeless people hanging out at night This making the hotel feel not safe. But the cost for night is cheap. Hotel is old but I think the room is clean for what I paid for.

This properly is the most nasty, smells like smoke in the non smoking room, Betsy customer service is terrible, I will never stay here again, and would never recommend even to the homeless
