The room itself was nice and clean! The staff was very nice and efficient .The bathroom smelled a little like mildew and was outdated as compared to the rest of the room. The walls between rooms and the outside were very thin. We could hear a party going on in the room above us all night and with the noise from the traffic outside it was not very restful. I’d recommend this place over the week but it was very noisy over the weekend.

Decent little motel. Nothing fancy. Plenty of parking. Easy check in/out. Not somewhere i would stay for more than a night or two, but if your just looking for a decent place to sleep over night, it’s perfect.

The Dunes was clean and affordable, the person who checked us in was polite and helpful, and it was an easy walk to the downtown/beach area. Our only complaints are that the bathroom door and the window pull both badly needed some oil, and the smell of cleaning solution when we checked in was extremely strong. Other than that the room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
This was an overnight visit for my book club ladies. We had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money!

This is our favorite Dewey hotel. They have a terrific and friendly staff, nice clean rooms, safe parking and are very walkable to Dewey main area. Highly recommend!
