I was very satisfied with the room and comfort. I missed the breakfast because I slept late but it looked decent from the setup in the lobby. Not much I can say other than very clean and looks remodeled.

The person who checked us in evidently lives on the property (I could see his kitchen from the front desk) he never expressed any pleasure in seeing us: no smile, no "anything you need/want" we asked for restaurant recommendations, he'd only eaten at one in the neighborhood. The place was very clean, quiet and affordable. Thanks

We were on a road trip which required us to stay in hotels for 5 nights and this room was by far the best. It was spacious and clean. I like to stretch at night and I had space to do it and was confident the floor was clean. The breakfast was sparse however and the person at the front desk cool and impersonal. It was VERY hot (105) so maybe the desk person was having a bad day.

We had a free breakfast with our stay, it was one of the best places for breakfast, good food and lots of variety. Had dinner there too, it was a great and tasty meal. Weather was great. we were able to eat outside. Great service, very clean. Great pool too. We went for Spring break.

The room was clean and comfortable and front desk was fine. No tissue and the plumbing could use some work. Plumbing looked like new but obviously not working like it should. The sink faucet was a bit loose and a little tricky to operate and the shower was noisy at full flow and if you cut it down the temp varied but we got it stable. Should be fixed. I can live with that as the rest was just fine and so was the price.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hosts were friendly. There was evidence of continued work to improve the property. I like the updated sheet and blanket configuation - no heavy quilted bedspread, thank goodness.

Considering the neighborhood and the other hotels on N. Market, this place is the nicest. I paid $57.00 for a king room, which is all I would want to pay for this area. Our room was very clean, but really cold. It took hours for the heater to bring the room temp up to a comfortable level. The room was attractive, except for the fake flowers. I do have some complaints. The curtains DO NOT keep the outside light from coming inside. The bedding was minimal, one light blanket, and a very light top cover. The sheets were the worst I've ever slept on. They were really ruff. If I were to stay there again, I would bring my own sheets and pillows. The continental breakfast is dried cereal... don't even bother with it. The strangest thing was they took a photo copy of my credit card and my licence. When I asked about that, she said they had been denied 2 payments by a credit card company in the past, so now they do this to protect themselves.

Nice King room and the Manager, Rita, took good care of me during the 5 night stay. Rooms are large and clean, the property is immaculate and the price reasonable. A bit isolated and I learned afterwards that this is not exactly the "nicest" part of town. VERY bad smell in the first room and I asked to be moved. Rita was very accommodating. Second room shown was the same. Third was tolerable. It may be whatever they're using to clean the rooms but we're talking Health Department bad. And trust me, I'm not a "Suzy Sensitive." Been on the road for more than 2 months in a staggering variety of lodgings. I hope they get to the bottom of it because but for that, this place would have merited a much better rating.

Very affordable and very clean room. Provided refrigerator, microwave, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The air conditioner could have been a bit more powerful, as it took quite a while for the room to cool down. We were able to watch the fireworks right outside our room. A very good deal.

For the price (AAA, $80 for two queen beds before taxes and fees) I felt the hotel was just OK. If it had been cheaper I would definitely give it more stars. The room was clean, safe and comfortable, and the front desk person was friendly and helpful, but the amenities were pretty bare-bones. The TV was an older, medium sized CRT box, the complimentary breakfast consisted of store brand bagels, mini muffins and cereal, and there was shampoo and lotion but no conditioner. There was a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room, which we didn't use. No pool or exercise room, no pets allowed. Market St. location meant a lot of traffic noise and bright light coming in even when the curtains were drawn at night.
