The breakfast was awful. Scrambled synthetic egg whites, cheap syrup for the waffles. The faucet in the shower was loose, hot water handle did not work properly, toilet was clogged, roaches in the room, people smoking weed, neighbors dog barked early in the morning, and the cleaning solutions they use are very cheap making the hallways smell institutional. But the staff is very nice and the surrounding area is generally safe.

The room was very large. The beds were clean and comfortable. The couch was hard and dirty, as were the floors. It didn’t look vacuumed. However, the staff was friendly and the price was great.

There were a few things that were a little disappointing about my stay. First thing is my room was directly attached to the elevator so all night (even at 2am) I would hear the elevator going up and down and it was very loud. Another issue is, I did not thing the room was cleaned properly.

pretty nice place.. we stayed 5 days... very pleasant staff... I don't know if it mentions dogs welcomed but it does... not that I count it as a negative.. the furry things did not bother us... but I didn't notice it mentioned during reservations

Walked into our room an a roach ran across the counter. Was moved from a family suite to 2 separate rooms. None of us could sleep bc we were paranoid there were still roaches which was spot on bc when I got up in the morning and picked my coat up a roach ran across top of the bed. Will not stay there again.
