Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is a tired property that needs a lot of improvements. I have stayed in quite a few Comfort Inns, and this property is by far the worst. The hotel room was lacking some basic items / furnishings, which one would expect to find in even the most budget friendly hotels and certainly at Comfort Inn.
Here are some things missing from room 119 after i entered the room after a rather long check-in encounter at the front desk:
* No cushion on the sofa bed
* No refrigerator in room despite advertising refrigerator and microwave in every room.
* There was a coffeemaker in the room with coffee and supplies, but no carafe to brew the coffee into.
* The floor lamp in the room had no lampshade on it. Just an exposed lightbulb.
* There was no Clock/ Radio/ Alarm in the room.
* There was no luggage rack in the room.
*There was no ice bucket in the room.
The only chair in the room (other than the sofa bed with no cushion), was an office type chair on wheels.
I will say the woman at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The bathroom in the hotel room was clean. This was surprising to me given the condition of the rest of the room. I didnt stay for the complimentary breakfast before i checked out because, in total honesty, I wasn't fully trusting their food preparation given the way they present their hotel rooms. I hope Expedia will pass along these comments to the Comfort Inn brand so they could potentially make some positive changes at this propery.
