Todo bueno, pero me cobraron de más, yo pagué $128 por expedía, al llegar me cobraron $104,72 + $25 solo me regresaron los $25 y dejamos la habitación en buen estado como lo entregaron, quisiera por favor me ayudaran a resolver y me devuelvan mi dinero gracias

The rooms were recently remodeled and were very nice and clean loved that they had dove toiletries. It was quiet and beds were very comfortable. What I didn’t like was elevator was out of service and I was in a room on third floor not so much for me but bc my brother was with me and had a bad knee. The air condition unit was controlled by a wall temps box that we didn’t see so our room temp was not where we wanted it to be. The hair dryer was not in the bathroom found it hanging in a bag right before we left. The water pressure was amazing and very hot water but by the end of your shower you were in a room of steam absolutely no ventilation so you had to wait to finish getting ready using the mirror until the steam cleared. I also didn’t like that some of the exterior doors were not locking correctly so anyone could enter the hotel. If they were operating correctly your room key unlocked the door which o found more secure. Breakfast was good other than cold French toast. Loved the coffee machines they made good fresh coffee and area was very clean.

The hotel was being worked on which we were not told in the beginning. The elevator was broken when we got there. Thank goodness there is only 3 floors. But of course, we were on the 3rd floor. We uaes the pool, even though it said out of service on the door... which was confusing... bc we asked for pool towels and they didn't mention the pool being out of service... so not sure about that... not the best stay

The hotel lobby was under construction and loud. The female bathroom in the lobby was out of order. I was spending the night before an early knee replacement at the Rothman Institute and the elevators were out of order. Not ideal when you can’t use your leg properly. Would’ve been nice to know prior to our stay.

Shabby entrance

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the process of a major update remodel. The lobby and entrance was very dusty and and shabby with litter and cigarette butts. We mentioned it to the clerk at front desk, her response was the construction crew cleans up every day before they leave. The litter and cigarette butts and construction dust was there when we arrived and still there when we departed 3 days later. Not sure if any of the hotel employees enter through the front entry or just don't care.

The hotel is currently under renovation. Prior to my arrival I as not informed that the hotel was in renovation status by either the hotel or Hotel.com (third party service). The front desk staff was excellent and apologized for the poor communication of every intaty. Our room was less than standard. It was basic. The door was difficult to open the TV was not connected (but help responded in 3 minutes), & complementary Toiletries items were not there. The bathtub was clogged and drained slowly No drinking water was provided. We left after one night. If you are traveling & need to sleep for one night, this place is clean. Self parking is plentiful and safe. The fitness room was not available & we had to go to the 3rd floor for an operating ice machine. The luggage caddy was difficult to maneuver to & from the car and upto our hotel room. I will never return but, the completed reno mighty make a difference for another patron's visit.

The room was very nice. The desk staff members were friendly. The room lacked a few expected conveniences - like a place to hang hand and bath towels. This was a 4 night stay and it was very difficult to arrange for any service to the room during the stay. It appeared that the motel was undergoing some remodeling so the hallways were a bit torn up.

The room was spacious and clean, and the pillows were awesome! The check-in was a little rough as I stood around waiting for the front desk person to return from wherever he was. The parking was a little sketchy as they are doing construction. However, the prostitute servicing construction workers (and staff) in the parking lot was an added twist I've not encountered in my travels before.

Upon entering the room I noticed the fridge door open with some cleaning rags laying inside. I looked to see why and noticed water on the floor. I informed the front desk and it was taken care of. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The room is very large and easy to move around in. Nice bathroom but the water never really got hot. Was always lukewarm.

So the property is under renovation with very limited parking . They require you to park across the street once all the parking is gone. The lot across the street belongs to a physicians clinic , it is has no lights and if it’s late at night that you return you would have an issue seeing. It seems that the solution to the parking was poorly planned with a very poor resolution.

Will definitely stay again

The room was clean and spacious. Each member of the staff was pleasant and helpful. It was a two night stay and enjoyed staying here.
