I love opening my home up to awesome people! However, there are people that do not respect the spirit of VRBO. Please read all my house rules. Parties that have not been approved will result in immediate removal of property with no refund.

RULES
- I am a no shoe household! Deposit will be charged for damages.
- Maximum of 4 cars at any given time on the street or driveway - HOA RULES ENFORCED - full deposit will be charged.
- Early checkin for rush cleaning. If offered and booked prior - $80-$100
- Late checkout for rush cleaning. if offered and booked prior - $80-$150. Late checkout if not offered and booked prior - $200.
- No guests outside of the booked number of guests are allowed in the house.
- Absolutely no pets due to severe allergies. The fee for cleaning air ducts and furniture the last time this happened was $2000.

EXTRA RULES
A few extra rules I've had to add! I've had a few parties, so these rules are probably not relevant to most guests, but please read them and message me if you have any questions!

- No local guests. Any local guests reservations will be automatically canceled with no refunds. If any local guests arrive, this is considered a lease violation and everyone will be removed immediately from the house by local authorities.

- No drugs on premises. No smoking weed or cigarettes or anything else inside the house. The fee for smoking in the house is $3000 for the deep cleaning cost.

- Quiet hours after 10pm.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with Netflix. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Before even we got in the owner sort of threatened us with big fines

Owner was very rude in judgment of our group. We were all over 70 and she kinda threatened us with all don’t s and fines associated with it. Also she said that she was watching us through her surveillance camera outside the door and no more than 9 sleep there(actually we were 8). And also that she lived with her friend a few blocks away and probably spied on us. I have saved her email to prove it. I would NEVER EVER rent this property. You can’t judge people before they even arrive. We were all elders and not wild bunch. And by the way the beds were all caved in, indicating very poor quality of beds. We barely got to rest. She needs to improve in her attitude or stop renting all together. I have pictures on file when we got there and when we left. Just in case she tries to accuse us of something we didn’t do.

Decent Home in Cary

If you are simply looking for a larger place to lay your head at night with easy access to a grocery store, this place is fantastic. I would ask for the FULL rules prior to booking. We were in Cary with multiple family members to visit other family members who reside in Cary. When we recieved the rules there were far stricter guidance on who could be in or out of the property. There are cameras at the front door for the owner to verify. We felt like we couldn't take Grandma back to our rental (if other family wanted to go off on an adventure) or couldn't have my 4 year old nephew have a 'sleep over' with his cousins because we were paralyzed in fear we could be charged an extra $200/person/per night. We really enjoyed the house and it was great for our family of 5, but I wish the full set of rules was completely posted prior to booking.
