Great location! Short walking distance to Cameron Village. Very quiet building. Comfortable bed. Had trouble with door lock, but it was immediately replaced. Kasa customer service was top notch!

The communication with staff has no issue. However, needs to improve on the cleanliness. I had to ask them to clean the floor and changed bed linen on the first day. The location was excellent but not cleanliness. Overall, it’s ok.

The space is very dated. Very little furnishings. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The bed is a top foam mattress on wood planks. Very uncomfortable. You could tell the bathroom flooded because the base boards were swollen from water. It was hard to believe they had a flood because the water pressure was almost nonexistent. Live and learn.

We were not informed about the defective elevator prior to our arrival, which presented a particular challenge as we were traveling with luggage and a stroller. Additionally, the bathroom shower curtain was found to be covered in mold. Furthermore, the smoke detector had a wiring issue, causing it to beep every 30 seconds, which unfortunately prevented us from sleeping. Despite reporting this issue on our first night, it was not rectified until an hour before our scheduled departure three days later. Consequently, we would be unable to recommend this accommodation to others.

The kitchen was poorly stocked. There was no coffee maker, nor plates, bowls, mugs, etc. there was silverware and a few glasses The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, and there were only two hangers in the giant walk-in closet, and only one partial roll of toilet paper. On the plus side there was a washer and dryer iron blow dryer, they provided linens. The place was larger than I expected, However the apartment smelled like old carpet and grease. The hallway had an overwhelming smell of trash and dirty diapers they tried to cover up with deodorizer.

I would rate this property a 10 if I could. Close to everything, walkable to many restaurants & shopping. Excellent location to downtown & NC State. Property was super clean & they provided laundry tabs which was helpful! Staff was responsive & wonderful to work with. Will def stay here again!!
