The cabinet door for the mini fridge was broken and falling off. I had to act as a plumber when for the first flush, the toilet wouldnt fill. I fixed the bobber free of charge. Lol I wish they would have left more than 2 sets of towels in the bathroom.

Daniel at the front desk was exceptional both nights we were there. The room was clean, ac worked amazingly, he made sure to remind us about breakfast (even though I wasn’t able to eat due to having heard surgery)

Outdated furniture & fixtures,bed was too high & furniture bulky & needed to be downsized or modernized.Bench at front portico were rickety & felt unstable,needed a steel park style sturdy bench for customers waiting for car service!! Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Stains on wall, scuff marks on ceiling, broken lamp shades. The only thing great is the staff. The guy working front desk was polite, courteous, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I can't remember his name but he was ex military. He deserves a raise. Awesome job sir.
