Great value. Great service. The suites were roomy and comfortable, very high quality that I would have expected to pay much more for. It was very homey with places to sit that were warm and inviting so that you could get out of your room if you wanted to.

I feel very good with respective to the services and location. Could find all of the facilities such as restaurant, hospital and especially the grocessary stores. Even car rental is also near by.

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. Room was ample and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

The A/C wasn't working and I think they knew it about that because 5 minutes after I enter in the room the maintenance personal came to the room and asked us if the A?C was working, at that time I said yes, I didn't notice anything wrong just got there and turned it up, but 1 hour later the room was hot, I went to diner came back 2 hours later and still hot, I called the front desk and they send a person to fix it, I didn't notice any change in temperature, but the person insisted it was fix and there was nothing else he could do about it, also told me all the room were booked, I call other hotels with no luck, it was graduation weekend and I couldn't find another room that night, in the morning I wake up sweating packed up and left, the front desk just said I am sorry, worst hotel experience ever, I had stayed many times in the shipper hotel right beside this one and never had a problem, $300 waist away trying to get a better room to my family.... but they said they are sorry and that should be enough, right?

We were there for one night to visit our son in Chapel Hill. The room is nice and the bed is comfy. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. We had an issue with our air conditioner though. It was located on the wall in our bedroom and was very, very loud. Also all the carpet in front of it was wet. As we got in late, we did not report it that night. However, we said something at check out the next morning and another person checking out said they had the same issue and that the air conditioner/heating unit is really loud - particularly when it cuts on and off through the night. It sounded like a train running in our room. The desk assistant was apologetic and said they were all like that and they are aware that they are loud. But there was no indication that they plan to do anything about it.

Despite the renovations in progress, the service was as good as we have experienced in the past - the staff was friendly and helpful. The room is more or less what one finds at Homewood - the living room area perhaps a little smaller, but more than adequate for two people (my husband and me). Our trip was for house hunting and the location proved ideal for the areas in which we were looking. Was nice to come back to a such a comfortable room after a long day.

Booked king, nonsmoking room. Got the king but they gave me smoking room. I was too tired to complain. Woke up congested. Front desk checkin was basically hand me the key. No pleasantries. Housekeeping knocked on my door before 9a to clean. Someone else's used dental floss was on the floor. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Pillows comfy. Spacious enough. Blackout curtains great. Quiet, except for when the water usage in another room would whoosh through the pipes. Shower pressure good. Ceiling fan nice, so the A/C didn't have to constantly cycle on and off. Appears to be older hotel but my room appliances worked. They are renovating lobby for next month or so, but that did not interrupt my stay.

This was a great place for a business stay. It is located in a great spot for a morning run or an evening meal at a near by restaurant. There was a lot within walking distance. The room was very comfortable with a suite. Breakfast and evening meals Mon - Thursday were helpful if you were in a rush or didn't want to go out.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The only thing that could have been any better is a vegetarian offering at breakfast (i.e. veggie sausage!) A great idea for the chain to consider also would be to use locally sourced foods (meat's, wine's, etc. in their, breakfasts, restaurants and bard.

Nice and clean hotel, very reasonable and friendly staff

Found and chosen on-line, this hotel was a gift on a busy family trip. All advertised was provided. I will likely return.

Very nice room. Especially liked the full kitchen. Ice maker did not work. Very good breakfast. Would stay again.

As like any stay at Homewood Suites, this facility met my expectations. Clean and well designed. Could use another waffle maker in breakfast area, long wait to make waffle.

We were attending a baseball game at UNC. Location was great, room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the A/C unit was very loud at times when it would come on. The front desk employee,Ricky, was awesome! We had an issue with a tire on our vehicle and he went out of his way to assist us. He gave us names of local businesses to get repair done and even printed out directions for us. He was very cordial and accommodating. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The serving area was kept clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was convenient from the highway and close to the function I was attending. Overall pretty good, but is starting to show it's age. Clean, staff was very friendly and all the amenities.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I don't normally stay in suites however I decided to try this one and was not disappointed. The location was excellent and easy to find. Shopping and dining is within walking distance. This hotel is well worth the cost and I plan to consider Homewood Suites on future travels!

Advertised as suite with full kitchen but there wasn't an oven.

Great hotel! The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate a family of 4 nicely.

I was greeted warmly and my request for a room close to the elevator was fulfilled. We needed a late check out and that was not a problem either. Very friendly and helpful staff.

check in was a breeze, taking only 5 minutes tops. the room was clean.
