Spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 Bathroom family friendly home with fenced-in yard, in an AMAZING location. 4 minute drive to North Hills, 15 minute drive to downtown, and located minutes from several parks. Property has a 2 car garage in addition to an attached carport, and plenty of driveway space. House is located in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. North Hills has shops, restaurants, movie theaters and more!
- No pets on the furniture or beds
- All guests must park in our driveway or garage space (there`s plenty)
- No loud noises after 10pm
- No parties or events (especially for short-term guests) - we have cameras so we can tell!
