There was an incident where homeless people were hanging outside on the first evening and actually got into my room to ask for money/drugs. Staff was notified the next day and they didn’t care. They were unwilling to allow me to move rooms. Please be aware that it is NOT safe and was not handled properly.

Very nice and great customer care. Will come back again

Towels bad, no hand towels, dirty tables, thin walls

Close to Walnut Creek. Very reasonably priced room!

We only stayed here because the hotel we originally booked and paid for was sold out. When we arrived at our other hotel they told us no rooms and it was after midnight so we didn't have many options, so we stayed at this place. The encounters with the staff were fine the room was just really dirty and overall the place didn't seem very well taken care of. I wouldn't have stayed if we weren't in a pickle and don't recommend staying if you want a clean room. I understand it is a 2 star hotel for a reason and age of hotel/looks don't bother me but when it is really dirty that is when i am not happy. Spend a few $'s to clean the rooms and people should be happier.

Police there every time you turn around. Info in the room was for a different hotel. Would never stay there again.

I absolutely did not like nothing about the room. When I got out the car this young man approached me very aggressively 😬 then I had to walk through 2” of water in front of room door. The room smelled horrible, holes 🕳 in the wall, peeling paint, cigarette 🚬 burns along the tub... furniture leaning, sheets not clean. I didn’t stay. I would like a refund

The staff were nice. The rooms were dirty And run down Horrribly. It appears as if it is being used as a homeless shelter of some sort. I would not stay there again for free. A lot of shady activity at night around the hotel.

The showers look horrible and the night staff needs to cheer up and take a hospitality class. There were roaches in the room too

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if it was the last hotel on earth to get a room from. worst experience ever.

The anitioal formalities were great . As well as when I saw were it was located I was pleased as well . Because I needed to be close to downtown for one night I had intended to eat my food, take a shower, and get some rest to go back downtown for the Bluegrass Festival. To only encounter roaches and bedbugs. Then the next morning only to be awakened by a rude frontdesk person and housekeeping staff. I wasn't expecting much, but I wasn't expecting that.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We didn't even stay the whole night, the room was dirty.

I was not impressed with this Super 8 Hotel. There was many things that were missing that could have made my stay better.
