This property was old and the paint was coming off the walls and the vents were dirty. Would not stay here again unless there are major capital improvements! Disappointed

My stay was great. Would recommend

Both toilets in the room were broken another room on my floor had a flood and the whole hallway smelled like toilet and we had roaches in our room and the pull out bed was cheap unstable and uncomfortable

What I did not like was there were no stairways between the lobby and the rooms. One could take the elevator between the lobby and the rooms but one had to go outside to use the stairs.

Every staff member was very professional and the hotel was quiet and clean

Rooms were small and so were the beds. Queen beds looked more like full size beds and were very uncomfortable.

We were there for 8 nights and we were so happy with our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic week!

Stayed 2 nights while in town visiting relatives in late December, 2017. Easy parking, good reception, very pleasant entrance. The room was OK, but the bathtub had an ugly scar where the surface had been chipped at the drain. The bed was a double when we had expected a queen. The AC is in the bedroom, which means you are trying to sleep with its noise. Nice kitchenette and living room space, although the plugs for chargers were so loose they threatened to disconnect. Internet worked well but is unsecured. All in all a nice facility, but is showing its age, much of which could be taken care of by some simple TLC/rework. We didn't avail ourselves of amenities like breakfast, but the exercise room you pass going to the elevator looked ample for those interested in such. The swimming pool is outdoor only and was closed for the Winter.

It is a great place with a nice staff. Was convenient to were I needed to be.

Pets are allowed in this hotel which is fine but my husband who is allergic to some animals had the worst asthma attack ever.

The location of the property is close to everything you would need and want when not familiar with Raleigh Durham area. The staff was beyond helpful and the managers reception was fantastic every night. This by far was one of our best Residence Inn experiences. The room linens and maintenance were not at the standard as the public spaces of the property. We would give this another try in a heart beat.

Beautiful Hotel. Newly refurnished. Nice size rooms Very Very clean. Great Kitchen with granite, wood cabinets, full refrig with freezer, two burner stove top, dishwasher. Great for a family. The pull out bed was nice. Great location with restaurants and a big mall within walking distance. Close the freeways. Breakfast was very nice with alot of choices each morning. Waffles, eggs, meat, potatoes oatmeal, coffee, juice, fruit. RAleigh is very safe and clean. Downtown Raleigh close by which is very pretty with old homes and alot of restaurants.

This is a very nice little hotel. Staff are accomodating, the suites are nicely remodelled, and the little kitchen, which is completely equipped, is a welcome feature for more than a one night stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Just a overnight stay. Reserved a queen bed room, received a twin bed room.

Wonderful! The suite was exceptional and allowed us to combine business with pleasure. My daughter & husband joined me for the weekend and enjoyed the breakfast & pool & exercise room. I enjoyed the offer of dinner & drinks on Thursday. Staff was pleasant and accodomating, food excellent, room clean and parking ample.
