Broken elevator, people took up 2 parking spots for one vehicle (3 separate people did this) had to park in sketchy area because of that. And the hotel workers act as if it was no problem and turned to walk away. Bathroom tub handle easily pulled off by kid. All this stuff would have been more tolerable if the price was lower. Can't expect people to pay high end prices for crappy stays.

Advertisement in the room said that if you wanted a coffee pot in your room just ask the front desk for one. Young lady at the front desk said that doesn’t happen. Then why have signs in the room that says it does?

The desk staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the truly room-darkening shades. Breakfast was wonderful and everything that was supposed to be hot, was hot. We actually stayed on the night of February 20th.
