Unexpected Guest
The property was well kept. I did not go in the backyard so I cannot speak to that. My only true issue was a safety concern. I did not know until the day of our check-in that there was a person actually living in the attached garage. If I had known that prior to my reservation I would not have made it.

A Diamond in the Rough
The home's renovations and aesthetics were well done, overall. We stayed in the master bedroom which had a fan that is beyond it's useful life (made a knocking noise the entire night) and a shower that was very narrow with a ceiling mounted shower head (hard to maneuver and wash without drowning or knocking something off the wall).
The neighborhood is also partially gentrified so there was an interesting mix of homes and people.

Nice home! 2 bedrooms / 1 office
Will was a perfect host and always immediately responsive. The one concern is we thought there would be access to 3 bedrooms. However, there were only 2 bedrooms and 1 office with a toddler playpen. Perhaps that was meant to be the 3rd bedroom. Overall, the hone was clean, cozy and comfortable for the 2 night stay.
