Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This cozy townhome nearly doubles in size with its amazing back deck that can be used year round. Minutes from Fenton's shopping center, the State Fair Grounds, Carter-Finely Stadium and the Lenovo Center - this home is perfect for exploring Raleigh or enjoying the many events in the area!

As you enter the property, you come into a large living room. With two large sofas, a Smart TV, record player, and more. Sit back and relax while you enjoy some music, watch your favority streaming service, or play some board games.

The kitchen and dining area are right off the living room. They have been fully renovated and boast new appliance, cabinets, and more. It's fully loaded for all your cooking needs! The table has seats for four, but two additional chairs are in the home in case you need to set for six.

Right off the kitchen is the HUGE back deck! This is the highlight of the home and can be enjoyed year round. The deck is private, has a couch, table with umbrella, and electric grill. Its a great extension of the home and really is a great spot for relaxing or entertaining.

As you work down the hall you will pass in unit laundry and the first of two full bathrooms. They bathroom has access of the hall, but can also be closed off and treated as an en suite for the secondary bedroom. The secondary bedroom has a nice queen bed, desk and Smart TV. The primary bedroom has its own en suite, plenty of storage, Smart TV, and King sized bed.

This was a beautiful unit in a quiet area. Its location was so easy to visit with our son attending NC State just 15 minutes away from his apartment. Our Aussie loved every minute of the getaway and it was our first time bringing her. We’d definitely enjoy being able to make memories with her and our son again. Thank you Max for hosting us!

My boyfriend and I loved this property! We had our two dogs, and it was so easy to take them out; dog bowls were even provided. We were given plenty of towels, which was amazing. The space was well decorated and the host has thought of many little things (like umbrellas, wine openers, etc.) that make this space perfect for a vacation. There were even some spices and flour and such, so it would be a great place to cook/bake at.If we stay in Raleigh again, we will definitely stay here!My only complaint is that the shower head/hose in the hallway bathroom does not stay put well. It would either fall off or stay while spraying the shower wall (not helpful).

Great little house, convenient to everywhere. Quiet neighborhood. Updated decor, all the appliances you could need, nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable mattresses. Both couches convert to very comfortable beds. Loved the fireplace and outdoor fire table. Easy check in and check out and excellent communication.

In this wonderful house, there was a team of 4 people. Max responded very quickly — a wonderful person who left his contact information for any questions. He gave a full report on where all the necessary things in the house were located. The house is amazing, it had everything we needed. The location was the most convenient for us, everything was very clean, brand new, and when we didn’t know how to turn on the gas, they reacted immediately. There’s a lovely veranda to relax on in the evenings. I highly recommend this house — you will have an incredible experience. Thank you, Max, for everything!
