Very helpful and kind staff, lovely complimentary nespresso in the room, beautiful roof lounge area. Our single king sized room was a bit small, but perfect for two people! The bathroom seemed to be newly renovated and was also a major highlight; very clean and modern.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.

We stayed for over 10 days at the hotel with family. Very central location and close to restaurents , metro. The front desk staff were very friendly and made the stay memorable. The free water filling station was one of the best things as we could get fresh water anytime we wanted. Look forward to the next stay.

It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even though I asked if we can use it. Unusable and the fire table no propane tank just lying there. Inside good. Only we had to replace the batteries on the smoke detector. One of our washcloths in bathroom gross and bloody. Not goood. Had to ask for keys to garage was not in your book. We did see whales hanging in the area. I would not have pets there dangerous yard. Soo much sand out front. Could have been cleaned or swept for new guests arrival.
