Helpful and cheerful staff. Fun Pineapple theme. Clean rooms. Great location to Light Rail and UW. Would have liked more hooks and a shelf or even a storage basket under the sink in the bathroom. Didn’t have a good surface to put my toiletries. There was a “surprise” amenity charge of $69 when we got there. Didn’t use any of the amenities.

The room was clean and well put together! We loved that there was a triple-filtered water tap in the bathroom so we could stay hydrated during our whole trip! The staff were so accommodating and helped us get around Seattle! We loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

This is an excellent property. The location is convenient and the amenities are top notch. They have a gym, basketball court, pools, game rooms, theatre rooms, etc. that are available to guests. The in-room kitchen and utensils are great. The only thing missing is baking sheets. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance (just have to traverse a steep hill on the way back), so it is perfect for longer stays. Restaurants around the area are pretty good too. Very easily accessible to the main attractions (20-30 minute walk, bus rides, Uber/Lyft). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommended.
