Perfect in every way

the condo was well decorated and functional as well. The view of the ocean really made the setting incredible. The onsite restaurant food was good and well priced. It would have been nice if they also made alcoholic drinks--missed have margaritas in the afternoon. Location is close to PV and Mismaloya attractions, but we found it convenient to have a car. overall, I think this was the nicest condo I have ever stayed in.

Ideal Place

Thank you for working with us on the reservation!!! This place had plenty of room, accomodations and beach space. The restaurant on property suprised me with the quality of food. Highly recommend the pork burrito. Pool was warm and inviting. The property is located approximately a 10 to 15 min Uber into al centro and usually cost 15 to 25 plus small tip. I think the longest wait for pick up was 10 min one day. I highly recommend this place and it would be my choice again instead of staying closer in the busier town.

Amazing Family Stay

My sisters and I loved our stay at Andy's beautiful condo! We went down to the pool every single day and spent lots of time on the beach with the condo's direct access. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. Having the option to order food by the pool or up to our room was great. We had everything we needed to cook a couple dinners in, and wifi was great so that I could check in with work when I needed to. Andy was an incredible host, and while we missed each other during my stay - he sent a plethora of very helpful guides and information about the area, condo, and recommendations. It was very clean. The pictures honestly don't do the condo or the view the justice it deserves. It's simply stunning! Definitely recommend staying here.

Puerto Vallarta Stay

The accomodation was excellent. The host was attentive to our every need. He had a dinner in the refrigerator when we arrived, water on the counter, and a maid who made my bed. The resaurant service was great!

Amazing in every way!

Andy's place is just wonderful. I stayed there with my family in January and we all enjoyed everything about the condo. It was very clean with awesome views of the Pacific. The private beach is very nice and clean, we spent most of our mornings enjoying the warm water and white sand. Andy has been an awesome host. He personally welcomed us on our arrival day and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo has everything you might need to make your vacation in PV unforgettable. Hands down the best experience we've ever had. Thank you Andy!!

Great, relaxing tropical getaway!

This condo was everything we were looking for! Located right on the ocean with beach access and a pool. Gave you a quiet, private feel as the pool and beach never get crowded. We went over Christmas and saw whales daily from the balcony. Rented a jetski right off the beach where we were able to enjoy even more marine life encounters. Loved that it is located about 30 minutes from town so we really got an oasis type feel away from the rush of the city. We will definitely be back!

Just as advertised plus great owner

We booked this last minute. Owner very responsive before, during, after. Small condo building. Just 2 units per floor. Larger property to north, houses a distance away to south. Nice indoor/ outdoor living and terrace area as shown in pics. Quiet area. We were there spring break, saw no spring breakers. About half the property seemed to be residents there most or full time. Friendly small property feel. Right on the beach. Nice beach. Sunset views. No streets to cross. A tour guy hangs out on the beach area and can call boats to come get you to go north to other properties, south to Arcos or Mismaloya. Distance to PV city about 25 minutes, longer to airport. Some traffic. Easy to plan for. Uber and cabs a huge bargain compared to US. On site manager can get cabs or you can walk to larger hotel next door. Snack bar/ small restaurant on site will deliver food to your room or you can eat on the condo patio near pool. Larger restaurant a block away. Unit has full kitchen. Has separate quiet A/C in BRs as well as in living area. But didn't need these except at night--some people wouldn't need them at all. Unit has beach towels and beach chairs. Easy trip down elevator to ground floor. Condo also has towels for poolside chairs. A bonus--no key needed so none to lose or forget. Code to get in front doors of both apt and building--easy to remember in phone. We would definitely stay again. Good value. Highly recommend for 2 couples or one family w kids. Should be thought of as two king masters plus a study. One master smaller but with beach views (wife and I stayed there). Larger master in middle of unit. Both masters have baths en suite. Little kids can maybe sleep in the two twins in the study but mattresses hard, likely won't work for many adults.

Loveliest apartment in a beautiful area

We loved staying at Andy's place, both because of the very well appointed apartment, and because of the pretty location itself. The apartment, for one, is exceedingly clean and comfortable. We were super cozy the whole time: the beds were comfortable, the sheets, the kitchen, the outdoor seating, and the indoor living room. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Plus, there were countless bathrooms! As for the building itself, it was also clean and staffed by the nicest people. The pool was great fun, and the beach was clean and pretty. Our single remark for families with younger children is that the waves can be on the larger side, though perhaps this was because of the time of year (March). We went to quieter beaches nearby though, which were lovely.

Beachfront Condo of my Dreams!

Beautiful beach condo with spectacular ocean views. Gorgeously decorated and extremely comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Owner and staff are wonderful and quick to take care of every request. Best of the best!

Incredible condo on the beach

You walk into paradise, the second you open the door. The living area, balcony and master bedroom opens to the sound of the ocean. Swimming and snorkeling a stone throw away is as good as PV gets. The condo staff were very welcoming. We really enjoyed experience the laid back style of grabbing a bite to eat at the pool (9a-5p) without waiting at a restaurant or being surrounded by others. The owner communicates great, along with his personal staff. Our maid left us a perfectly clean condo everyday. We will be back!!

Beautiful spacious condo with lovely terrace

Great PV South Shore location - well decorated condo with very comfortable large terrace. Restaurant downstairs only serves breakfast and lunch -nearest dinner house up a steep driveway and along busy road but not far and excellent food. Smallish pool but lots of chairs, attractive beach . Next door resort has loud music nightly (fun listening) but stops at 11. Attentive owner but none of in house staff speak English. Overall a very pleasant stay.
