My Puerto Vallarta Rentals proudly introduces Ocean Front Condo located at the exclusive development Sierra del Mar los Arcos, only 14 km from Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta.
The condo is decorated keeping in mind Mexican culture, nature and comfort. The tasteful modern Mexican furniture enhanced with closets and cabinets made with “Parota” (wood from the region) and colorful art with the beauty of the stunning ocean views.
Imagine spending time with family and friends surrounded with wonderful views to Los Arcos, the ocean, city and the exotic pool located at the building’s ground level.
Most of the people love to eat outdoors in this paradise, therefore, the dining table for six people is in the terrace and next to it comfortable living room along with a large gas grill and decoration that help beautifying the space.
The two spacious bedrooms have nice views and plenty natural light and ventilation. The master bedroom provides access to the terrace, it has a beautiful bathroom with separate WC room and shower. The second bedroom has also a double size beds and private terrace with ocean views, it gives access to a natural garden and also has its own full bathroom. All Tv's are smart devices. The Living Room also has half a bath for guests to use.
Sierra del Mar los Arcos is a development indulging visitors from a design management, health and security standpoint.
People staying at the complex have free access to the Beach Club House, a charming “Palapa” with a restaurant-bar that operates 7 days a week.
Infinity pool and jacuzzi. This area has direct access to the beach, lounge areas with umbrellas and beach bar. The administration has implemented a 3 hrs usage per group at the pool and jacuzzi and staff will disinfect area before other guests use it.
There are many activities to do during your vacation, kayaks, beach toys, snorkeling equipment and towels are available for visitors.
The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art functional weight systems, elliptical, treadmills as well as free weights, yoga mats and benches.
This gated development provides security 24/7 and the site geography makes its beaches exclusive, no one could access them if they don’t go through the guards’ house.
NOTE there´s SOFA BED in the living room and blow up matress so we could sleep up to 6 guests.

Amazing property
The pictures do not do this property justice! It is an absolute amazingly beautiful condo. I traveled with one of my friends. The pool was heated and it felt private. There was rarely anyone else using it. It's perfect for adults or small children. Older kids and teens may find it boring. It is quiet, beautiful and elegant. I recommend you rent a car. It has a garage and is gated. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!
