Went down the week before Christmas and the entertainment was amazing from the pool crew to the nighttime entertainment! We had been to a couple other resorts in Vallarta and this one became our new favorite! Also the service is beyond amazing! Felt beyond welcomed and felt nice to see a smile with everything the staff did! The pools were not crowded even the swim up bar section water was nice and warm!

Too much pressure to join their timeshare. Rooms fridge not working, flies all over sweets at buffet. The resort was pretty but overall very dissatisfied
