I wouldn't go back. The LX Hotel Condomar is part of the Sunscape Resort complex, but NOT the same. First of all, we arrived at about 2:20 p.m. and we were informed by the security gate that since we're not really staying at the Sunscape, we aren't allowed on the property until 3:00 p.m. or "check-in" time. So we're in a foreign country, nowhere to go and we're 40 minutes early and are not allowed on the property until check-in time. So technically we're renting a condo from a property owner at the Sunscape and NOT from the Sunscape resort. STRIKE ONE. Every time you show up at a restaurant, on the property, they first ask for your room number and then they go through this routine and you tell them, I'm staying in "condomar" or a condo. Then it's "Oh" and they write your room number off to the side, like they want to keep up with everything you eat. LOL. The restaurant choices were very limited so we ate most dinners at really nice restaurants in town. STRIKE TWO. The savior of this place is the staff. They couldn't be any nicer and it's certainly not their fault for the policies of the resort. So our last night there, we hadn't seen the housekeeping crew that day, so we stop by the front desk and asked for some coffee and a couple of bottles of water, for the room. We are told, because we were in the "condomar" area, we would need to pay for these items. If we had let housekeeping clean the room that day, these would have been restocked - STRIKE THREE.

“An excellent stay" The staff was friendly at all times, and the facilities—although classic—are very well maintained. The food exceeded our expectations, and the location is simply perfect: central and with easy access to everything. The in-room refrigerator and microwave were very convenient. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El trato del personal siempre fue amable y atento, realmente hacen la diferencia desde el primer momento. La comida estuvo muy buena y con opciones variadas cada día, y los postres fueron un punto destacado: frescos, deliciosos y bien presentados. Los bares también nos encantaron; el servicio fue rápido y las bebidas muy bien preparadas. En general, una estancia muy agradable que definitivamente recomendamos.

Me hospedé en LXHotel y la verdad fue una experiencia increíble. Desde que llegué, el personal me recibió con una calidez que me hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Mi habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar. Me quedé en la torre de condominios y me sorprendió lo bien que funcionan tanto las áreas comunes como el paquete todo incluido que manejan con Sunscape Resort Puerto Vallarta & Spa. Todo está muy cuidado y la limpieza diaria fue siempre puntual y muy bien hecha. La comida fue otro gran punto. Cada restaurante tenía muchas opciones, los platillos estaban bien preparados y con ingredientes frescos que realmente se notan. También disfruté mucho las bebidas, tanto en los bares como junto a la alberca, siempre bien servidas y con una atención muy amable. La playa fue uno de mis lugares favoritos: amplia, limpia y con suficientes camastros para relajarse sin problemas. La atmósfera del hotel me pareció perfecta, con actividades, cenas temáticas y espectáculos por la noche que hacían que cada día tuviera algo especial. Pero lo que más me hizo sentir que valió la pena el viaje fue el servicio. Desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza y los meseros, todos fueron atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Sin duda recomiendo LXHotel y, sinceramente, me quedé con muchas ganas de volver.
