Rooftop chillin

Amazing property with amazing views. We really enjoyed the openess. The only thing i can think of that can be improved is the range of wifi. It was only working in the living room. Other than that great stay!

Great Apartment

ICON Vallarta is a great location and staff are extremely friendly. We have stayed at ICON in the past and condos are very nice and popls and beaches are awesome. We recognized many of the staff from previois stays and they are extremely friendly and great service. Will stay again in future.

Good time in PV...

We had a great time at Paul's condo... Space was exactly what we needed for our family and it was the right price... Unit needs a few touches, but overall it was a great experience - highly recommended!

Beautiful views and great locatin

Icon Vallerta is located in perfect location with close proximity to everything you need. The staff at Icon Vallerta are wonderful taking care of you needs at the pool and beach. The views from this condo are stunning with amazing sunsets. Comfortable.beds and bathrooms with each room, providing some space and privacy when needed

Beautiful views and comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was spacious and the view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we need. The check in process could have been smoother, we were supposed to meet the concierge in the lobby. I was only given his name, no contact info. When I arrived the front desk attendant did not know who he was and had to make a couple of phone calls to sort it out. From there we had to wait about 20 min for him to show up, which wasn’t ideal after a long day of travel. The jacuzzi also wasn’t filled, so we had to wait around the next day for the maintenance person to show up. He also required a fair bit of help finding the fuse box etc. which we shouldn’t have to deal with as guests. That said, overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing vacation.

An amazing holiday despite the condo issues

When we arrived the condo was filthy. The table was sticky, the floors were dirty and the backsplash behind the stove was greasy. We quickly washed the floors throughout and washed the kitchen space. The hot tub was an asset but it took us 2 weeks to learn how to maintain it properly. There are few issues that should be corrected before the next tenants arrive. 1- the garburator continually plugs 2- the toilet in the double room appears to be leaking. That may be why there was black mould on the floor corners by the toilet 3- the bar bq is not safe. There is a leak around the regulator and the hose is kinked. The hose and regulator need replacing. The showers had disgusting rusted soap dishes however Ernesto, the property manager got us some 4- one set of sheets had stains and has a hole in them. 5- the pillows in the double room are a disgrace. One is torn with the stuffing falling out and another has an oversized pillow stuffed in the pillow case. 6- the accent pillows on the deck are torn and stuffed with rags. Four hours was spent cleaning the upstairs floor outside, and I don't think it had been done in some time. On the plus side the condo itself was spectacular. The view and the whales were a joy every morning. Thank you for getting us the shower caddies and making those arrangements to help us with the hot tub and, don't forget your fire stick, we appreciated that very much. All in all it was an amazing vacation.
