Great hotel food was excellent daily happy hour restaurant closed Monday 24 hour convenient store 50 feet away Beach 2 minutes away, surrounded by great restaurant's from small hole in the wall street taco's to fine dinning close to public transportation night life very small pool

I found this hotel to be an authentic Mexican hotel, it is clean, quite, has a small pool on the main floor and a restaurant. I wish they had wash clothes but that is my only complaint. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place in town. It is not a resort which is a great thing to me. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I like simple, clean, quite, and safe this had all that.

caused my bad hips a lot of problems. Beds on concrete support also caused pain. Great place other wise. all staff friendly and helpful. restaurant had good food. Overall enjoyed it. Nice courtyard. clean rooms.

One block from beach, one block from Vallarta's fabulous outdoor market , and the room was CLEAN & cozy and full of artistic aesthetic details. Perfect.

Quaint little hotel one block off the Malencon. I usually stay a little closer to the pier, but this was a nice change and only 10 minute walk. Rooms were exceptionally quiet considering the traffic out my balcony. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable as well as the pillows!!! Great air conditioner and great maid service. I felt very safe and comfortable

Clean good location helpful staff rooms a bit spartan

Great location and friendly staff. The pool is very cold and in the shade of the building. Very close to small grocery stores. The hotel is in need of a renovation. For a few nights in town you can't beat the price.

Best value in PVR.Quiet, safe, close to everything.Beach is literally one minute away...just cross the street and walk a very short block.English speaking front desk.WIFI is weak upstairs, very strong in the lobby/restaurant.Very accommodating front desk crew, eager to please.

Clean and nice little place close to the beach and shopping. The cafe attached is fantastic for breakfast.

i had a blast...staff here are super nice very good on taking care of your needs and the palomas are the best ! walking distance from the beach and night life....perfect location

Medium sized hotel in the heart of PV. Few blocks away from the town square and a block from the Malecon. Tons of local shops with souvenirs and food. Hotel staff was friendly and helped with all my needs. Room was spacious with its own fridge, microwave, and burner stove. Only downfall (maybe just for my room) is that there was no wifi signal. I had to go down to the lobby to have an Internet connection. Staff tried to help with this matter to no avail. Good experience here though.

Great location with affordable prices. I would recommend to a friends getaway.

Great location, central to everything and an easy trip to and from the airport. Friendly staff and fine rooms and accommodations.

Had an amazing time here. Not the fanciest but its a block off the boardwalk and around the corner from all of the fun. Simple clean , great products. no mini bar and no fancy bedding.. but i would stay here again

I stayed here for my second trip to PVR and it was perfect. The hotel is in a really good location, just one block from the Malecon and walking distance to the flea market, beach, etc. Taxis and buses are available right outside the door. The room was kind of small, but for just me traveling it was fine. The restaurant was good, and staff there was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in PVR and explore the area rather than sit on the beach all day at an all inclusive resort.

It was comfortable, but the king sized bed covered most of the room. No tv, which would be normal in a 3 star hotel. It was fine for the price, I suppose

Middle of everything and a block from the water. Room is basic but clean. Cute looking courtyard.

My experience was great my girlfriend and i are thinking about staying again this coming year

First it is a great location for people that want to be in the center of town. NO safes or elavators. Beds are very firm!! If you book a double room You can get a room with one double bed and one sofa bed!!! TAKE NOTICE it is in the small print when you have booked the room!!! they try to save on elcectricity and require you to keep hotel key in a box that activates the electricity in the room Showers are hot with very little water pressure. The area does seem to be very safe!! Just keep in mind that this is not an hotel in the U.S. Most Americans would view this to be a very average place to stay. This place has no parking. so if you are renting a car you might not want to stay here

Dear traveler, Thank you very much for your feedback. We sorry to hear that the bed support caused pain as you mentioned, this is the first time we have a complaint about it, in fact most of the mattresses need a flat bed support, no matters if it is concrete, wood or even metal. Please rest assured that we are looking into resolving these issues as promptly as possible to prevent them from affecting your next vacation at our hotel. Warm regards
