My hotel room was spacious and perfectly restful and quiet. All staff were kind and helpful. I loved the location. I spent a few hours a day at the nearby Oasis Beach, which is a 5-minute walk, right behind the La Isla shopping plaza. Oasis Beach is relatively uncrowded, with more locals than tourists. For more excitement, a quick taxi ride or city bus would take me downtown.

The reviews left were not accurate, the pool was small, no beach access at all, staff in the restaurant were not accommodating at all, rooms were ok, some black mold in the showers. One room had a fridge and microwave and the other didn't. Only access to the hotel was thru a mall which was annoying. I would not recommend this hotel.

The first room was 2 beds, I asked for 1 king, the second room had the floor dirty, the bed looks used, the power socket came of , the iron was scratched and dirty , the shower has mold , and it looks like it need maintenance

The room was odd, the bathroom sink was out of the bathroom and exposed in the room, a wall mount makeup mirror is all you’ll get to see yourself comb your hair. The door latch would not catch on the strike, leaving the door vulnerable to just push open unless the deadbolt was locked in Room 202, beds were decent. They try to sell you a timeshare and their tone changes from nice to “whatever” when you say no. Breakfast buffet was good, little pricey but not bad.
