This hotel belongs to a timeshare so when you check in they immediately start to ask about attending a presentation. Also, if you want to use the hot tub it's an added fee. Based on the información when I booked it said beach access but it didn't indicate you has to walk around thw shopping center and condos to get ro yhe beach. They don't have designated beach space. They will lend you chairs and umbrellas but you have to carry it. Don't get me wrong we had a good time but if you want direct beach access and use of all amenities without being charged extra this is not the hotel for you.

Excellent Hotel

The Fiesta Inn is excellent. The rooms are fantastic and the hotel staff are amazing. It is located is a high end shopping center. It’s safe and has everything you need (shops, restaurants, Starbucks etc.) I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel stay was nice but parking was inconvenient as you had to get a ticket entering & get it stamped everytime you drove out. We once we lost it and had to pay to get a ticket to exit. Prices on food seem a bit high for being Mexico, I understand it's a tourist spot but the prices are more US targetted. The ac was not that cool, the room would not cool and we even had to get moved to another room which was not that much different. Other than that, hotel was clean and at a good area not too far from the main attractions.

We had an issue at another property; We arrived very late and everything went smoothly. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Slept well and then we had breakfast at the property. We’ll definitely consider this property for a future visit.
