Clean and comfortable beds and bathrooms. The lobby and breakfast area need to be upgraded
I didnot like feeling hot and humid especially inside the lobby. It felt like you were in hell, cery hot and humid. Literally the AC were not on! There was a storm and the rain was leaiing through the lobby entrance. What a joke easily anyone could slip, fall and have a lawsuit. Overall, not what I expected from City Express in Puerto Vallarta. Will never come back.
Friendly staff, breakfast was a nice continental, simple but still plenty of options. Clean room and quiet overall despite being right in the thick of it.
Situated in front of Puerto Magico, view of cruise ships and ocean. Beach available not too far. Close to Walmart and Gallerias Vallarta.

I did not like the service provided. At check in I had to wait over 30 minutes and my room was paid in full. They only had 1 person at the check in counter, this is completely unacceptable. Poor service and very bad overall. I requested a room with ocean views 1 day before check in and did not get it. I finally get a message from the hotel acknowledging my request, sure after i jad already checked out. Very unacceptable.
Nice small yet convenient place. Offered free breakfast. Pool was small but ok overall

When we went the gave use only two towels for four people as well as when we called and continued to ask for more towels they refused to give us and at the very end he had to hunt down house keeping for more towels and the parking don’t get me started they ran out of space to park the car because they rented out 12 spaces to a bar right next to them and we processed to wait for parking and no luck we went in to ask and as paying customers we expect parking but they told us there wasn’t any spaces left so they took the car to park it and the next morning we came to retrieve our car to find a scratch on it they said that it was there but the car is rented and shows no indication on the note they gave us that there was a scratch there the parking there is terrible never again two nights we stood there and two night we struggled to find parking staff no help house keeping is decent parking terrible never again
